Within 10 minutes they identified the problem and provided me a solution that later worked. No fee requested. On April 14, I returned again without an appointment and explained further problems with my install. This time I suggested a consult fee to which they agreed. Looking up car specific fuse block information, they again identified the solution and requested I pull my car into the shop to show me the correct fuse block location for my application. Then as I watched using their supplies they did the final power supply install for the front camera. 15 minutes later all was working as the manufacturer intended. As a DIYer I like to learn by doing and in this case watching but if I did not, I wouldn't hesitate to contract them. Previous 4 year ago Speedy Auto Glass star repair you could see barely a spot. I had to ask for the bonus Aquapel windshield treatment with my repair which is listed on their website. I was disappointed it wasn't offered; the service agent should've been aware of it if customer service was top notch. Also, the service agent advised my car would be washed after service and it wasn't as they were too busy. This was with a scheduled appointment for a detailed surface + star chip request. I would suggest going to Speedy.
