Made an appointment to get the work done that included Kanata Collision having to order some replacement trim. Dropped the car off on the appointed day, and was picked up by Enterprise car rental shuttle to pick up a rental car. Nine days later, just one day more than original estimate, returned the rental, got shuttled back to Kanata Collision to pick up my car. The car was beautifully repaired and also beautifully washed. Since the damage was completely covered by insurance, there was no cost to me.

(With a police report #) Just personal insurance for me. I love my vehicle. I need it. :) I called my insurance Co. but alas, no discount but things are changing. I believe this will be mandatory in all cars soon as the thefts have been on the rise and continue to be. Many, if not caught on time are sent overseas in containers out of Montreal. No thanks. That said, the theft rings are in all cities so it pays to prep for the worst. (I pity the fool if I catch them stealing mine but the hospital/ambulance review then, pending!!!) LOL! My vehicle already had TAGS installed at one time, only good for five years. The windows still have the etching on them, 'TAGS' but I was still charged the full amount of the install/etching. With tax, over $460. Ouch. But, I made a little afternoon of it as there are places in the plaza to visit. On the phone making an appointment, they may tell you 2 hours is needed but mine was done in less than 1. I guess it depends how busy they are. I dealt with Kevin over the phone and in person and he was great to deal with. I'd recommend coming here and getting your car protected unless you have a hooptie that you don't care about or if you already have a 'new car GPS'.

When I got my car back all 4 rims were damaged. Owner gives BS excise that his machine is so automated that could not cause damage. I have recently gotten my windows tinted by Mike and initially it looked great... until about 3…read moredays later when the driver window started to have a number of defects until the tinting. While this could be chalked up to moisture, instead these were physical pieces of dirt and little hairs that had not been washed off during installation. This is especially important because I had gotten really dark tint on the windows which makes it especially obvious. When the tinter, Mikael had been personally contacted about this, his usual quick response time had stopped entirely. He had read my messages but decided to not honour his workmanship. Along with the defects in the tint, there was obvious markings of a rushjob with numerous pieces of rubber gasket being cut and leaving the car after the job covered in his tinting chemicals. Overall very disappointed at the job and gave them a chance to try to make it right, but it's obvious mikael had no Intention of that. Please be careful.
