Dropped the car off on the appointed day, and was picked up by Enterprise car rental shuttle to pick up a rental car. Nine days later, just one day more than original estimate, returned the rental, got shuttled back to Kanata Collision to pick up my car. The car was beautifully repaired and also beautifully washed. Since the damage was completely covered by insurance, there was no cost to me.

I have recently gotten my windows tinted by Mike and initially it looked great... until about 3…read moredays later when the driver window started to have a number of defects until the tinting. While this could be chalked up to moisture, instead these were physical pieces of dirt and little hairs that had not been washed off during installation. This is especially important because I had gotten really dark tint on the windows which makes it especially obvious. When the tinter, Mikael had been personally contacted about this, his usual quick response time had stopped entirely. He had read my messages but decided to not honour his workmanship. Along with the defects in the tint, there was obvious markings of a rushjob with numerous pieces of rubber gasket being cut and leaving the car after the job covered in his tinting chemicals. Overall very disappointed at the job and gave them a chance to try to make it right, but it's obvious mikael had no Intention of that. Please be careful.

A couple of weeks after leaving the vehicle under Otto's garage care and waiting the appraisal, I showed up unannounced as I needed some of my personal belongings in the vehicle. Vehicle parked outside, unprotected with puddles of water in it and dripping water from the trunk. Once the infiltration reported to them, what was supposed to be a simple clean-up based on Otto's ended up with a vehicle deemed total loss by certified appraiser. I just can't imagine what would have happen down the years with electric problems not covered under BMW's warranty.
