I'm telling you it looks BRAND NEW... like I just picked it up from the dealership!! I haven't even gotten to the best part yet... on TOP of repairing the damaged area, he even took the liberty to fix the damage on an entirely other part of my car that I never expected to fix -- with no extra cost! they actually said they prides themselves in doing these small things for their customers, they said they wanted to surprise me :) Elite Auto made the repairs SO easy and hassle free that I can't even believe it took me this long to take my car in... after an accident that majorly affected my driver side fender, front bumper, and headlight, and about 2 months of arguing with insurance companies, anything related to fixing my car gave me major anxiety.. and so it took me till now to take my car in from the accident that occurred in Dec 2020. Also, they left his slingshot out in the rain UNCOVERED for however long they did since we were not aware of that and it was there for the 4 months. They messed up his lights in his slingshot (which they never fixed), had to change the battery because it was drained, changed the front bumper panel because they scratched it after they third time of picking it up, the list goes on and on with this hell hole!!! Tim was beyond rude and lied so many times. He avoided all calls and text messages. He claimed he did not like calls, so my brother texted him regarding his slingshot many times and he was ALWAYS just left on read. In October when we all finally went up there to get his slingshot it was supposed to start being worked on at 9AM to change out the used sprocket that they put in so we went out to run a few errands, came back at 4PM and the slingshot was parked in the same spot, never touched or worked on. This has been the worst customer service from Tim to Jeff to Cameron! The entire service department is a complete JOKE & will cash your insurance check without you even signing for it (TOTALLY ILLEGAL)!!!!!! My brother will be writing his review on here soon!!! Many malayalees like taking their cars here since they are able to communicate with the technicians in their first language. So a lot of parents will tell their kids to bring their cars here. The kids figure out the sh*t they're pulling and call them out on it. The parents on the other hand, don't want to believe their beloved malayalee auto technician has screwed them over, so they are none the wiser. Now, onto my specific story. My car had problems starting. They said it was the starter first and replaced the starter. Didn't work. Then they said it was the alternater. So they replaced that and charged us for it. Two weeks later, it's having the same issues again. The condition of the car started spiraling downward. I told my parents these people were giving them a run for their money. These guys' training must have consisted of watching Matilda, cause thats exactly whats going on here. The car was a 2006 CRV. It was an amazing car. RIP.

We brought my mom's car to CSI Collision Center to repair damage to the front bumper a few months…read moreago. However, after some time, we experienced a serious issue: the fog light caught on fire, resulting in the melting of the front bumper. It turns out that the fog light housing and wiring weren't fitted properly, causing the fire. When my mom brought this concern to CSI, they insisted that they had only repaired the front bumper and that they did not touch or work on the fog light at all. Despite the fact that the fog light wiring and housing directly caused the fire and melted the bumper, they would not take responsibility for the issue. It seems strange to me that they could install a new front bumper but claim no involvement with the fog light that is installed into the bumper, which was the root cause of the problem. While the bumper repair was done, I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability and transparency regarding the fog light issue. It feels like the cause of the fire, which was directly related to the improper wiring and installation of the fog light, was completely ignored. I expected better communication and responsibility from a professional repair shop.
