Visited this place on a weekday afternoon, told the representative that I wanted the inspection done and he told me to leave the keys inside and wait in the customer lounge area. The lounge was decent with big chairs and sofa, had a fridge with refreshments and restrooms. My service was done in under 15 minutes and the inspection cost me around $26 (prices may vary). Quick service, a decent waiting area and good prices. What more would you want?

There are hole in the wall places and then there are TRULY hole in the wall places and this is the…read moregrand mama of a scary looking hole in the wall place. Their sign reads Faster Muffler Shop and of course one would think that that's all they do. You would be mistaken, even though it wouldn't be your fault. I mean do they do all auto mechanic repairs, but not detailed transmission repairs. There are 5 bays with lifts and all the tools needed to do right by your car. Now trust me when I say that it's not only the sign is misleading but I never would have gone here if it wasn't for my apartment complex's maintenance manager pointing me to them. He said, "they are good, friendly and reasonable in their pricing". And yes they were! The owner sits behind a large desk between bays, overseeing his domain of a kingdom, and don't even try to speak in English to him because if you do all you will hear is, LEO. Leo is a good mechanic who speaks excellent English. Now here is the funny, not ha ha funny, different aspect of this business. They carry no stock, not even oil for oil changes but they will direct you to either AutoZone or O'Reilly which are literally both around the corner for you get your own parts for them to do the work. HUH??? So of I went and bought my oil and oil filter which which they changed quicker than it took me to buy the needed stuff. I guess I will show up better prepare next time. What was wrong with me!! There is a small waiting room attached to the garage where you could store meat for weeks because it is sooo cold. Then you notice a small window where a young lady kindly takes your money. She is definitely bi-lingual which is what you expect when it comes to getting their money from you. She also doubles as a concierge, just ask her for any info. Be ready for her to inspect everyone of your bills like jeweler does with a diamond if you pay in cash. Will I go back? Yeah, just because "they are good, friendly and reasonable in their pricing" and it was an experience I would want to see to the end.

I told him as I was gathering myself from just exiting the vehicle. That's fine but his rude manner wasn't very professional. And he didn't even understand initially. I had to explain again. He then asked for the keys and paper work in a hurry. I found myself a seat in side the small office. And, he asked if I wanted to fix it. I told him, yes, that I would go and get it fixed. He nodded. I still felt a bit anxious about his rude mannerisms and rushing me. I went back in the office expecting to pay and go to the shop next door for parts. They came out with a bill twice what I expected. He just replace a part and over charged me for a few minutes of work. He wouldn't remove the part or return the vehicle over a few minutes of work. BEWARE!!! THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU!!!
