I got a muffler delete in my 3.8 Genesis and I am very satisfied with the job they did, for a very reasonable price too! They did a good job and it was fast... they rebuilt my y-pipe and installed a muffler, from the time I dropped it off to till the time they called me to tell me it was ready was under 3 hours... service wasn't as excellent and personal as I expected but they got my truck finished wayy before the projected time frame estimated. I've been looking around for someone to delete my mid mufflers, and surprisingly it's not as easy to find a place that will do this. This was the 4th place I called only becuse it's about 8 miles away and there's like 20 other places closer but they had a good ratting. I called and asked about deleting the mufflers and he asked if it was for a charger. Very close its a challenger so I knew they have done this before. He said no wait right now 1st come and it would take 30 mins. When I got there an hour later there was 2 other people ahead of me he said about 20 mins and it was pretty close to that and another 30 to finish. It sounds good but I'll head back becuse I want it louder. Soo you guys again soon. read more

Only reason why I'm giving 2 stars is the weld quality from the shop guys is pretty nice for an exhaust shop. I have a 6.4L Charger and went to Aces for the infamous mid muffler delete. I also wanted black 5" tips added. The sales guys told me that because they only have the weld on tips in stock, that it would be easier to delete the resonator. I asked about what it would sound like. I was told, literally, that removing the resonator or the mid muffler results in the same sound, nearly identical. I said cool, let's do it. Started texting with a buddy of mine and the red flags started flying as he said it had no chance of sounding the same. I informed the front end guys and they said with the work about half way done, might as well and finish. I said ok and they completed the work. My car sounded like a dualed V6, couldn't have been further away from the sound I was looking for. I told them I wasn't happy with the sound and that I wanted the mids out and resonators back on. Front end guy tells me that he's going to have to charge me for all the work done, I told him he sold me a pipe dream of a solution and it's not the required result, but I surely wasn't going to drive away with my car sounding like that. They put the resonators back, mids out, and it sounds amazing. I asked the front end guy "that sounds the same to you?" And he replied "when I said sounds the same I was talking about volume." Gtfoh. Moral of the story, if you go here, do your research on what you want instead of letting the sales staff guide you and then charge you for their misguidance. read more

When you go to a mechanic of any kind, the bare minimum expectation is that they at least get the work done correctly. Not only does Aces do great work, they score big time on customer service. Took my 2018 F150 5.0 in because I wanted to open up the exhaust sound some. I had watched every dang exhaust and muffler video on YouTube and really only succeeded in making myself even more indecisive. I knew I was going to use Aces just based on all the reviews, so I took my truck to the shop to find out what they could do. I told the guy straight up that I didn't know what I wanted, only that I wanted it louder than stock but not so loud we couldn't take it on a long trip. He recommended a simple muffler swap instead of a full cat back, but first offered to get it on the lift so they could take a look at it. Came back in 5 mins and said that if I was going to keep the resonator that he'd recommend a Magnaflow bullet. He thought it would do what I described and I could delete the resonator later if I wanted it more aggressive. 20 minutes later they pulled my truck around and it was perfect. My job was small, but the welds are done right and not that sprayed metal diarrhea where technically it's welded but it looks like a blind 3yr old did it. Muffler sounds great, but the thing I really appreciate most is that these guys were very cool about helping someone who didn't really know what they wanted. I'm going to go back after I save another chunk of cash and have the resonator deleted and duals run out the back. And this is the only shop I will consider taking any of my future vehicles to. read more

I haven't got worked on yet but costumer service is really good, it's a small nice shop, but small parking spaces, I honestly think they good job, there always packed and busy so that has to mean something, the only problem I see is that there only one guy doing the inspections and diagnostics, and running the front desk but overall good place so far, I'm going to update after I get my car worked on read more
