We came in, and Ruben found out that the pipe connecting to the catalytic converter was messed up. He offered a reasonable price, fixed it in 30 minutes, and the problem was fixed! He showed us the new parts he installed, and also showed us exactly what was wrong before. He also offered a 1 year warranty. Miguel was also very nice. Another great plus is the reception area. Communication wasn't amazing - they told us some misleading things which was frustrating but it all got sorted out in the end - and they did seem kind of annoyed by our questions. I've been going to this place for years and they are usually very friendly and work fast in getting my inspection tag. Just don't go early in the morning. They open at 8 am and I got there at 8:15 there were 2 guys inside the huge garage sweeping, neither one of them bothered to stop and try to help me, instead when I asked them if they were open one of them told me they were cleaning up and without skipping a beat they continue sweeping. It was king of strange, if you open at 8 shouldn't the place be clean before you open? Or stop and help your customers? Where has customer service gone? I left annoyed. Another time I went it was raining and I guess they didn't want to get wet to get my car and have it inspected. Weird read more

I had to get my exhaust pipe cut due to a previous installer doing a poor job. They had to take off the back half of my exhaust, but fixed the pipe and reinstalled everything exactly how I wanted it. They even made sure the rear tips were lined up properly and everything was locked in tight. I was pretty picky about how I wanted everything to look, and they made sure I was happy with how everything looked before bringing the car off the lift. All this was done in about 45 minutes. I was having a problem with a bracket that kept breaking off from one of my mufflers which made the muffler shake as I drove my vehicle. I originally went to muffler king in jacinto city, East Houston (which I would not recommend) I went twice and both times they did a horrible job on the welding and the bracket broke off with in a month on normal wear and tear. Finally got tired of going there and went to another muffler shop off 45 north and Shepard, again...was let down because my bracket broke off with in a few months. Finally found this place and saw the high reviews. I must say I am very impressed. They took their time, put new brackets, bolted them on the CORRECT WAY, AND doubled welded the brackets. I am pleased with their work. They now have a forever customer with all my friends and family vehicles! And the price was very fair as well! read more
