Upon picking the car up it was extremely dirty, random pieces where everywhere, and most important there were suddenly ants running rampant in our vehicle. The ants were both o outside the car and inside. One day I even left my Stanley cup inside the car and ants were on my Stanley cup once I was returned. The car drives differently and it almost feels as if something was done internally to the vehicle though they denied this. Fast Forward - My Hummer was damaged by another driver and remembered the great service I had received on my previous visit so told my insurance company I was taking my vehicle to Collision Clinic for the repairs. I was greeted by the new owner John who is the son of the previous owner. We all know how that usually goes - but not in this case. The new owner John was every bit as hospitable and concerned with getting my vehicle fixed correctly and getting me back on the road as his father was. The kicker is I had dropped my rental policy when my wife was not working and forgot to add it back when she started working. Rental prices where high and felt like a nightmare trying to rent a car. After John learned of this he coordinated by drop-off time to a time he could arrange for a loaner car for me to use. Needless to say, but my Hummer looks great, better than before the accident, and I plan to take my Hummer in for some additional work. Thank you John (and amazing crew) for your awesome service!

They had the gall to say he needed a new carburetor because it wouldn't start. He told them the carb was almost brand new and nothing was wrong with it and they never mentioned it again. It was also a half tank of gas less than when it was dropped off. I won't even bring it back to have any of this corrected, I have no trust in this shop. I didn't need all the parts they were trying to sell me, but they stated that I can't buy parts separately, and there was no way to put the mirror back together without replacing the entire thing.
