If you know Texas, you know life without ac is unbearable in the hot, humid Summer months. The price is reasonable. What made me decide on 5 stars is their friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to make things right. The first time I took the car back, ac wasn't working but for whatever reason, I thought it need some time to kick in so I waited a few days and realized it's seriously not working. He took it back to look at it. Fixed the problem, but it didn't work. So I had to drive back and drop it off. Third time, happened once more when I drove it all the way home. This time I'm annoyed because I couldn't understand why it wasn't working so I called them. He offered to come pick up my car at my house instead because there was way too many back and forth for something that cost me about a thousand. Turn out, it had something with the coolant. He fixed the problem and ac has been working. Fast forward to this year. I got quoted from Toyota to get sparks replace and some other items for maintenance but since my car is getting older, I don't feel like paying premium anymore on it. First thought came to mine was Precision Auto Center. I called to drop off my car to get a quote and of course he would remember my red Camry... Also, cause my ac wasn't as cold anymore (probably due to it being ten years old). He gave me a reasonable price within a reasonable time frame so I went ahead and did the work here. Plus he boosted the ac so it can be cold again. The owner drives a Tesla now so maybe he can dab into electric cars too. I trust him from my work car to my fun cars to my luxury cars. I noticed there's some classic cars on the lot so I wouldn't be surprise to see him at all different types of car meet & greets. He's definitely a car guy who is a trustworthy mechanic. By the way, confirmation on your new location! Anyone who read this, call them to make sure the address is correct so you don't drive to their old location (which is still only a few minutes away).

Instead of properly securing or covering the vehicle, it was left exposed outside, which allowed water to enter and cause additional damage--specifically to the radio amplifier. When I brought this to their attention, they declined to take responsibility for the issue. As a result, I'm now dealing with over $1,000 in additional repair costs on top of the $1,500 I already paid for their services. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this shop.

But the check engine light was on of course so that was another $900 repair to be able to pass the state inspection. We are thousands down the drain now. All because I made the mistake of coming here. Four months pass and guess what? Car starts going crazy on the freeway. Transmission was all the way messed up. He never showed up and didn't have the courtesy to communicate that he would not be able to make it or to reschedule. I received a text from him today stating I am someone who apparently has money yet cries over the amount paid for parts. He's also threatening to sue me, which is VERY INTERESTING because he'll have to explain why in his response to my original review he states weather didn't allow him to work outside (we had clear skies in Houston both Saturday and Sunday) however, per his text messages, he couldn't make it to me due to being busy working on other cars. Originally, per his communication to me Saturday 1/17, the job was supposed to be done that Saturday since he received my parts in the mail Friday night, 1/16. I called him twice Saturday morning to discuss logistics but he didn't answer. I sent a text asking him to call me back and he never did. Instead, he sent me text stating he is unsure of the time but that he will be able to come to my home Saturday afternoon to do the job. Later, he text me that he would not be able to make it, but that he could come to my home the following day, 1/18, to do the job. I called him immediately upon receiving this text and again, he did not answer my calls. Sunday morning I reached out to him via text asking when he would come fix my vehicle. He said he would be at my home some time after 2pm. He never came nor did he advise that he would not be able to come. I text him Monday morning, 1/19, asking what happened. A few hours went by and no response. At this point I am no longer receiving any communication. I believed I was not going to hear back so I posted a review stating he's a thief. I finally heard back from him via text within an hour after posting my original review, shocking. He said he's for sure coming this time. Again, shocking. He also asked me to remove my review... considering he still had parts I paid for and that belonged to me in his possession. He delivered my parts to me that Monday evening. I no longer wanted him to perform the job so I immediately asked him to leave. He obviously doesn't understand professionalism nor the value of a man's word. He thinks this is about money. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience.
