Finally i get in touch with Nathan and ask if they were coming and he said we dont have anyone coming and wanted to reschedule. I ask him why is that when I confirmed the day before. When my grandma was doing laundry drying clothes, my grandpa noticed that hot air wasn't coming out of the vent so he grabbed his ladder and flashlight and looked in the vent. That's when he saw the vent was blocked by the brush the employee left in there. Needless to say , one and done, never again are we going to use this company for any cleaning on our house.
