One gave me a quote by looking at my property via Google maps and the other one came to my home, used drone and gave me a quote and third Jordan came to my home, physically climbed up to the roof, checked everything and gave me a quote. His quote beat other competitors by at least 60%. Having physically inspected gave me a good feeling that the quote will not change because of the "unknown" issue found during installation. Jordan was booked for a week and he gave me an appointment on the following week, he was prompt and came with his family member to help him out. The entire work was completed in a day and there was a little mess happened, which he promptly cleaned up on the following day. He even installed a gutter guard for free. I don't think you can find anyone who can do additional work without additional cost. He promised that he will be back in a month to see all the issues are gone and boy, he did show up and took the video and showed that in fact the issues are gone.
