Yesterday it was for window washing (1st time) and power washing (2nd time). Fast and good work as always! Donnie always gives me a fair price and was willing to work with me when bundling services. No, he's not the cheapest, but 1) you get what you pay for, and 2) he gets it done ASAP--I called another company before just for a comparison quote, and they said it would be two weeks before they could do it--Five Star came in under two days! I would deduct a quarter star only because they forgot to mention they accidentally broke one of the outer window trims on a garage window --it was very brittle from facing the dry afternoon sun for 20 years, so I completely understand; just wish they had mentioned it. I added that quarter star back because upon arrival, Jerry the foreman pointed out that one of the front screens was busted from age/sun and offered to replace it for a great price--important when selling a house! For many years, I have used Five Star for gutter cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, screen replacement, outdoor window cleaning and power washing--and they're just as good as ever. Thanks!

When my grandma was doing laundry drying clothes, my grandpa noticed that hot air wasn't coming out of the vent so he grabbed his ladder and flashlight and looked in the vent. That's when he saw the vent was blocked by the brush the employee left in there. Needless to say , one and done, never again are we going to use this company for any cleaning on our house.

I called Ron back on 09/03/18 to ask if he could come out before then and check out the color, so when he came out in two weeks he would have the proper color gutter. RON HAS NOT CALLED ME BACK YET. I HAVE CALLED RON 16 TIMES SINCE THEN WITH NO RESPONSE. I have asked him to show some common courtesy and call me back. Ron has not called me back yet. His work would rate a 3-4 and his common courtesy would rate a MINUS 4. If you want a job done by a company that will not call you back then you may want to hire Ron. I am sure he owns a Cell Phone and could call me back 50 times during the day, which Ron chooses not to do. I have recommended his company to others after he did my house, but I will not recommend his company to anyone in the future. I called another man regarding a completely different matter and he called me back within two hours -- He was on vacation in Hawaii. Gave him a downpayment said he forgot the contract, he said he would send to us. We asked multiple times, still none. Very convenient. His employees completed the job and they were hacks. My husband had called John and told them we were not satisfied, with the work and to come and see it. He didn't show for two days. So, I called John and told him the job was totally unsatisfactory, he argued with me stating that the employees said they did a great job and they showed him pictures. I told him to come over and look for himself and I too had pictures showing a totally different picture of their work. During the time Ed called and I called he cashed the check knowing we were not satisfied. I asked him why he did it, his excuse was it was for materials. In the State of California, it is illegal to cash a check for over $500 without a contract. In additon, when he finally came over anto look at the job,If my husband wanted to show him the issues and he pushed past him in a threatening manner and stated that he will look at it himself. It got really heated. Then he agreed his workers did a bad job and he would fix it, but he didn't have his schedule with him. Very convenient. He left and we never heard from him again.

Even though Edward said he would clean the solar panels and remove the pigeon poop around the solar panels, there are obvious heavy droppings all around the solar panels that he did not remove and the solar panels were untouched. Basically we only got half of what was promised to us and we even tipped him. Very sad. I'm going to hire the same person from East Bay Solar Cleaning to also clean my roof since Edward didn't remove the pigeon poop.
