This is a clean valley, for comparison of how they should be done.

Addition to previous post: got a ladder this am to look at areas I could not see yesterday. I am now DISGUSTED with this company and the lies by the employee who told me he cleaned the valleys and "they should be good for two years." Stay away from this company. The work is horrible. This seems to be a new company, run by young entrepreneurs. I had high hopes for them but the experience and work done was beyond unacceptable. They get their business, mostly it seems, from referrals and door to door solicitation. The owner rang my doorbell after work done in my neighborhood. Their special was gutters and roof valleys cleaned for $450. A single worker showed last week and was overwhelmed by the scope of the job, admitted it was not something he could do alone and in the time frame allotted, which was only 2 hours. I appreciate his honesty. Owner returned my call a week later and we agreed to a higher price of $550 due to the scope of the job. It is a two story house with large redwoods on one side and gutter guards. Today, two workers showed and began to clean. After 60 minutes, the said they were done. I looked and was shocked. The valleys were full of debris. This is very important to have cleaned as water can overflow thru roof if valleys become clogged, as they are. Photos are attached as they look AFTER the job was done. One photo depicts a valley that wasn't clogged with debris, for comparison of how they should look. As you can see, nothing was done. It appears to me, their business model is quantity over quality. They want to make around $225/hour minimum, but in my case, they would have made $550 for the one hour of very poor work. The job, as you can see in the photos below, was so poorly done it should be embarrassing. One of the workers told me he could take $50 off the price. I declined and called the owner. He agreed not to charge at all, so I must give them credit for that. The only positives I can find are the workers and owner are polite and respectful. I hope they can re-evaluate their business model as well as quality control as they will not be successful if drastic changes are not implemented. Service requested: not done Quality: non existent Value: $550 for 60 min of ...I don't know-no charge in the end

Garage door near window.

I should've listened to my first instinct on the overplayed sales pitch of "neighborhood package" pricing. The very enthusiastic young salesmen promised $500 worth of sparkling clean windows. After booking the window cleaning what I got was a rushed job that left spots and streaks. Not to mention some sort of chemical on my garage door (near a window) I'm still trying to remove.... Run... don't walk away... from this crew...

Had them install Govee lights on the house. I met several of the employees, all were very nice and helpful. Gave me a invoice and I ordered the lights. Install took about 8 hours and yes they did have to come back and add a part they ordered, but I'm very happy with my lights and their service!

I hadn't planned to leave a review at the time, but I'm choosing to share my experience now after a recent interaction that reflected the same communication issues I experienced during the original service. The recent interaction occurred through Yelp's project quote request feature, which sends requests broadly. I did not reach out to this company directly. When I later asked for the quote to be declined, the response felt unnecessarily abrupt, which prompted me to reflect back on my original experience. The cleaning itself was very well done. Jodi arrived with two other cleaners from her team, and the two team members handled the majority of the house. Jodi herself focused on the master bedroom and master bathroom. I have a ~2,100 sq ft home, and I intentionally excluded two rooms (a home office and guest room) from the cleaning, which was agreed upon in advance. For the areas that were included, the finished result looked great, and I was happy with almost everything from a cleaning standpoint. Unfortunately, the communication and billing practices from the owner made the experience frustrating. Although I disclosed ahead of time that I have pets and understood there would be a $50 pet fee, that charge was applied twice, once to the base cleaning and again to an add-on, resulting in an additional $50 charge that was not clearly explained beforehand. Prior to the appointment, pricing shifted multiple times with add-ons and conditions that were not clearly outlined. During the walkthrough, I was asked to upgrade my bathroom to a "deep clean," which I believed I had already booked as part of the initial service. I was also offered mold-related add-ons for two very small specks in the bathtub grout, which felt unnecessary. One item was accidentally broken during the cleaning and appeared to be placed back without mention. While accidents happen, transparency would have been appreciated. After the service, I was pressured to schedule ongoing maintenance cleanings and informed that my initial service had been discounted with the assumption that I would continue regular cleanings. This was never agreed to, and it felt misleading and guilt-driven rather than professional. Overall, the cleaning team did solid work and the home looked great. However, the upselling during the appointment, unclear billing, and pressure-based follow-up communication from the owner took away from what could have been a much better experience. I recommend getting very clear, itemized details in writing before booking. If money is no object, I'd say go for it!

This is what I found under the burner. Dust hanging from, and dirt on the baseboard under a cabinet. Dirt on the floor immediately after they left. There was a lot more, but I was already limping from taking photos. A windowsill. Again, I don't feel like limping to them all, to take photos. I haven't checked, because I can't pull the couch or futon out to see if anyone got behind and under them. Floor in front of the freezer, and a bread tie. Left sliding door track. Right track. Sliding door frame. See where our cat likes to rub against the light switches, wall and door frame? Silverware and spatula drawers. I suggested the inserts could go in the dishwasher, but an owner noted they'd not fit. This was seen during the walk through. When they came to clean, I mentioned it again, and again was told they'd not fit. I "think" I said they could be hand washed. Why would you not offer to wash them in the sink for an extra $20? Or just wipe them out?! They took them out to clean BENEATH them. How do I know? Everything was rearranged. I highly encourage taking pictures before removing items from a cupboard or cabinet. Cast iron skillets are HEAVY. They were in one cabinet but when they were done, some were in another along with our stainless-steel pots and pans. And in front of the stainless-steel pots and pans. Update: 5:14:'25. Kelsey asked that I call her to discuss the issues. I did. Had she started with an apology, our conversation may have been different, and my review updated with a thank you for a clean house. Instead she started by telling me I should have called before posting a horrible review. I do thorough and honest reviews. Check other reviews I've done. Masters Auto body repair, AT&T phone store, Valley psychiatry. I've done 22 reviews on both google reviews and yelp. You get a 5 star review or a 1. What's the point of three stars? Long winded, raving, above and beyond, reviews or a review like this. YOU deserve to know what I perceive to be a job done poorly. That's what they're for. She said they don't put things in the dishwasher. They're dividers for silverware. Wash them by hand! Wipe them down! Tell me it'll cost me another $20. She wanted to discuss correcting those issues. Had she started with an apology I would have been open. Why not start by discussing the sliding door tracks, those MASSIVE cobwebs, windowsills, the counter, under the stove burners, dust hanging from cupboards and cabinets, the area under the UPS's, the light switches, and the floor? Instead, I was almost made to feel it was all MY fault. She said they don't take things out of cupboards and put them back. How, prey tell, did the iron skillets get relocated? They do, and DID pull things from the cupboards because they are ALL rearranged. I watched them start. She told me the iron skillets WERE put back where they got them from. During the conversation I think I got three words in before being interrupted and talked over.
