HIGH RECOMMEND! I had my roof and gutters cleaned by Modesto Pressure Washing on Feb 27th, 2025 and…read moreI extremely happy with the services provided, especially with them going above and beyond my requested services. Both my parents are glad and thrilled with the before and after photo results. It was the best quote I received from multiple local companies. Originally I had hired a different company to do gutter cleaning only, but he said the roof was too slippery and that I needed someone to clean the roof before he can clean the gutters. Then I found this company who could clean both the roof and gutters for a combo price. Their website and over the phone explain the process clearly. I received very fast responses through email and phone and I was able to book a time slot with them very easily. They arrived on time at 8:30am, took before and after photos. From start to finish, Michael was professional, punctual, thorough, and went beyond my requested services by washing the garage walls, side house walls, washing and watering my plants. Michael and his wife were very careful of my property. The difference before and after was incredible. Not only did they do a fantastic job, but they also cleaned up afterward, leaving no mess behind, and Michael even offered a complimentary power wash of my driveway. My roofs had so much organic growth, and a soft/power washed and sprayed for future prevention was very much needed. My gutters were backed up and clogged of mud, dirt, and other organic growth of 15+ years now my gutters are flowing nicely for the upcoming rain. Running the AC last hot summer dripped and rusted in many spots on my walls and it was all cleaned up. He did such an amazing job that 5+of my neighbors stopped by to ask for a quote and business cards. I highly recommend Modesto Pressure Washing to anyone looking for home cleanings for soft wash, pressure wash, gutter, driveway pressure washing services. For aftercare, if I recall correctly, Michael said I shouldn't see any organic growth in the next 10 years+, and if there's any spots, he will come out to take care of it. The only "con" is that there was a strong bleach smell outside, but it dissipated fairly quickly throughout the day. I highly recommend and definitely be using them again in the future. I'm sharing some before & after photos of the cleaning and added their logo to the photos, so no one steals them. My advice for the company: start a social media account on youtube and instagram sharing power washing content!

Not a lot of stains but when the weather warms up you can really smell the urine from our chihuahua. Finally decided to give Pete from ASAP Carpet Cleaning a call. I received a text reminding me of my appointment and he showed up 15 mins. early with Anthony, his trusty employee. Thirty minutes later and my carpet was clean looking and fresh smelling. I can't believe I waited so long to have my carpet cleaned. I will never waste my time again using my Rug Doctor. My carpet upstairs now looks as good as my new flooring downstairs. Every time I walk on my carpet I literally thank God for Pete and ASAP. While they were cleaning, I walked around their van and noticed how clean it was, inside and out. You can tell Pete takes pride in what he does and his professionalism is reassuring especially when you never know what you're going to get when someone shows up to your home to perform a service. The cleaners arrived and seemed friendly. The cleaners charge a very high price of $75 per hour per cleaner. I was expecting good to great results at that price point. The cleaners were in and out in just 80 minutes. They missed most of the surfaces, they were skipping entire floor areas, they did a poor job in the shower. They don't even mop under the dining table. When I called for payment they said it's $300 minimum. When I told them about the poor cleaning they decided to only charge for the 80 minutes. They did offer for the cleaners to come back but the lack of care and attention didn't inspire confidence, and I would have to follow them around. I've had my house cleaned by several companies and this was the worse cleaning I've had, albeit they were friendly. The average time to clean the house is 7-8 man hours, so 80 minutes each was a joke. I would not recommend or hire again

we hired Shamblin to remove moss growth from the rooftop of my home…read more They came out and did a quote which included treating the moss, and then power washing down the entire house and driveway. Upon completion, there was quite a few areas that still had a fair amount of moss on the roof line so they certainly did not accomplish what I initially wanted. They explained that they treated the moss and then it would eventually dissipate overtime during additional rain storms. Overall I think they did a good job with power washing the house cleaning the windows and power washing the driveway, but the moss remains on the roof and still looks undesirable. We called them back indicated that it would be an additional $1400 to power wash the moss off and rinse the house down again. I should've simply allowed my own employees to do the whole thing and do it thoroughly. Now I have to go back and power wash specific areas of the roof line in order to get the desired results. being a service industry, you really want the people you work with willing to go the extra mile to create a level of customer satisfaction. Bottom line is, buyer beware!!!!

Wow, it is great! No more worries about leaves & junk in the gutters either. The combined cleaning cost was very fair. My only disappointment was that I wasn't notified of tears in a number of my widow screens. An online patch system I found will take care of that.
