Today, it was something very simple in changing out a headlight bulb for my daughter's car. I've done this before, it's pretty easy to swap out bulbs. The young girl behind the counter was very nice and pulled up specs quickly but it's always easier if you have the old part out. She didn't want to sell me the wrong part and had a staff member go outside and pull it for me. I came in she walked me to through the replacements, which is helpful. Best part ( wait for it) I purchased the part and she had her colleague put it back in for me. It's always the little things that impress me, especially when folks go out of their way to be nice. This is my go to auto parts store ( my favorite).

The woman helping me (didn't quite catch her name) was reluctant to help me. She came out with the device in a bath robe and slippers. She made no effort to help me with my car hood, which I assumed was their job to do since she worked at a car parts store. So, I ended up struggling with my car hood outside the AutoZone for about 15 minutes, right in front of the doors. I think it's needless to say I won't be coming back.

Milan acknowledged I was next in line by saying very sternly "you paying with cash or card", I said card. He then gestured for me to walk up to the register to which I said I also needed the filters. He asked me some questions about the car, then he asked about whether it was manufactured before or after certain months in 2013. I said yeah man I have no clue when the truck was manufactured, he replied he couldn't help me without the info. Having grown tired of his attitude and really just being around such a miserable person I said don't worry about it I'll get it somewhere else. He rung me up for coolant, then said out of the side of his mouth, "I can help you find it, I just need info". I didn't reply but I'm thinking in my head "yeah you really look like you'd love to help me." Milan has no business being in leadership for any sort of customer service retailer.
