Purchased a trailer in March 2024. Salesman told me DMV system was being used by someone else in the office and that only one person at a time could utilize site. He told me not to worry and that I would receive plates and title in 4-6 weeks. It is now July and I have made over a dozen calls to Ron ,the manager, and to the location where the trailer was purchased I still haven't received my plates or title (trailer was paid in full at time of purchse). They had moved couple times since 2003, but I've been loyal and devoted to this company simply because their product is very good quality, very reliable and most importantly very affordable. Trailer looked awesome when new, but little did I know the quality was poor. Support welds came clean off for only loading a golf cart in and out over a year or so. Both wheels covers came off. Things like this happen, but no response or help from Carson. read more

I purchased a trailer here and it really seems like the staff could care less about their jobs. I brought my trailer back two weeks after I purchased with a laundry list of issues the trailer was having. (In Nov of 2017) They kept my trailer for over 3 months, despite the fact I was calling on an almost weekly basis. When they finally told me it was ready for pick up they still didn't have all the stuff done (In Feb of 2018). Basically, the managers attitude and explanation for all the issues my trailer was having was that all Carson trailers just suck and that I needed to just live with the issues. After I picked it up I noticed one of my tires was bulging on the side wall and I meant to call Carson corporate to tell them about my experience and to have the tire replaced, but I got side tracked and it has been about 2 months now. This is because I am sure these guys won't make it right. Basically, my take from buying a Carson trailer is that (1) Carson trailers suck (just ask the guys that sell them), (2) they won't fix any issues you have because you should have known they suck and bought a different brand. These guys are the biggest bunch of retards I've ever encountered. I've tried to order a simple gate for my trailer about 5 times! I feel I'm practically begging these guys to take my money, and they simply can't figure it out! I've given model numbers, pictures, pictures with a tape measure in the photo because some my request seemed like a UFO blazing across a night sky to the dude on the other line... Paid 150.00 over the phone with someone in the office- telling me we were all good to go- said he had all my info to call me when the gate is in....... he even called me back to get my zip code for the card. When I call in to ask 2 weeks later.... the managers excuse was (o the card declined and we didn't have your number to call you back)... then how were you planning on calling me if it did come in like I asked...? I bought a California car hauler in August 2015 and it is so sad to see what it looks like now. The paint job is by far the worst paint job I have ever seen. Only 18 months old it has rusted through the paint on more than 50% of the trailer. There is no evidence of a primer and the paint is so thin and sparsely applied it is far below any expectation one would have for a vehicle. The tires were kept properly inflated at approx. 50 psi and with less than 2000 miles on the tires I noticed that the tread was nearly gone and will be needing to replace all 4 tires already. I would not recommend anyone buy a trailer from this company. read more

Wow just wow. These people could give two shits about their customers. I went there three different times to get something I ordered a week ago. The guy said he would have it same day. Then I called before they closed to see if they had it NOPE. He said he will make it happen to have on sat. I went there Sunday just to make sure they had enough time NOPE! So I called multiple times left messages... nothing back. Went there today October 26th still don't have it. Wtf. Is this even a real company? This company does not want your business or mine. I was looking for a certain trailer and called them 3 times to be disrespected by the people in the office. This is how they answer the phone, they pick it up and never say hello please hold on I will be right with you. What they do is stop it from ringing and place you on hold without a hello and they never come back to say hello how may I help you. They never say a word just leave you on hold. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! They have no clue what they are doing. I asked for them to hook up my electronic brakes system on my truck. They said ya no problem it will be 100-120 bucks. I go to pick it up and they didn't install a 7 pin plug in the back. "He said if I would have known you wanted me to do that I wouldn't have taken the job!" UHH its a frickin trailer place and I need electric brakes!!! Ya I want you to put in a 7 pin plug... $100 bucks to connect 5 wires and screw in 2 screws. What an effing joke. I gave him a hard time and he gave me $20 bucks back. He knew he messed up. Also they were spraying paint on another brand trailer out front... you like can't do that without a hood and vent system in CA these days. Also my truck was right next to spray gun! Thank god none of the paint got on my truck. What a nightmare. read more
