DISASTER I brought…read moremy RV to J's RV to remount my grey water tank. The result was very sloppy, unprofessional, and incomplete work. I requested a $500 refund to cover the cost to fix the issues. The owner Jason refused, and requested I bring it BACK to him to correct and finish the work? I have ZERO faith in J's to correct the issues they caused. Sloppy and Incomplete work includes: 1. The tank was mounted unevenly (is not level) and much lower than original and in comparison, to the black tank next to it. (As a result, will not correctly monitor water level) 2. The drainpipe is now lowest point of the undercarriage and easily dislodged if something hits it. 3. The shower plumbing was left exposed easily accessible to mice/vermin. 4. A gaping hole was left exposing the freshwater tank and plumbing also accessible to mice/vermin. 5. J's could not get the tank sensors and level monitor to work. Turns out the wires and ground were out of order. I followed the pattern on the black and freshwater tanks and now works fine. Go anywhere else! JB

It looks like a patriotic bomb went off inside that place. It took us 30 minutes to get to their store location from our home. They had plenty of time to call and let me know that the van had been sold, but apparently their front office staff and their sales staff don't communicate or care. I can confidently say that I will never ever be back at their store, location or spend a dime with their company.

During the process, my salesperson reassured me that "it would be alright," which is concerning given how important towing capacity and safety are when it comes to RVs. Thankfully, I took the time to educate myself before signing anything. Once I understood the actual numbers, it became clear that the setup would not have been safe. What stood out most was that at no point did anyone thoroughly review my vehicle's specifications or walk me through towing limits in a meaningful way. That should be a basic part of the process. If your salesperson isn't asking detailed questions about your vehicle or clearly explaining towing capacity, that's a major red flag. I strongly recommend doing your own research and double-checking everything before making a decision.

I came here completely inexperienced not knowing much about rvs and I was under the impression that they were giving me the best deal possible. I explained to them I needed an rv for a family of 4 and that we were looking for something with enough space for all of us. Never once did they show me a fifth wheel trailer with a toy hauler room and 2 bathrooms which would've been perfect for my family! I ended up buying what I thought was great travel trailer rv for us but I was completely wrong and got screwed over. At first it seemed spacious enough for us but after living in this thing for a little over a year now and it is one of my biggest regrets! We bought a 2025 rv and we have barely been living in it for a little over 1 year and it's already falling apart. I can touch the roof without even fully extending my arms. The shelves and cupboards are falling apart. The kitchen is tiny there is no counter space and the refrigerator is already broken. They made this with cheapest parts possible. Theres only 1 restroom and it's so small it's very uncomfortable to go number 2! I was told the rv I was buying was one of they're biggest ones yet over this past year I've seen multiple rv with so much more space more and over 50% cheaper than what I paid for mine. This was definitely a learning experience for myself. I thought I could trust that these people would help me in getting the rv that fits me and my family's needs but instead they sold me an overpriced cheaply made rv. So just a warning be careful when buying from this place or any other rv place and do tons of research before settling! The coach is a 2023, we have used it 6 times. The refrigerator will not cool and the bedroom AC worked 1 time. We have had the coach in 3 times for the AC. Now the service department at Blue compass is telling us we need to purchase a new fridge and AC unit! Is this the standard for a coach that was over $100,000 and use 6 times? Our glass shower door shattered last year, we didn't even bother with that. Seeing as how the Blue Compass service center is of no help! To make matters worse, Jeff the service manager has been repeatedly rude and condescending. He talks to my husband, a 21 year vet and fire fighter, as if he is an idiot. His communication is poor, and he makes you feel dismissed and talked down to. We purchased the coach their brand new in 2023 and trusted they would provide honest, professional service, and they fell short. I would not recommend them to anyone for purchasing or repairs. Our next step is Grand Design and then an attorney.

I shopped around and most places either never returned my calls or didn't have availability. I emailed them and within a few hours received a response with useful information and I was told to call to discuss further. Within a few minutes of calling, I had all the information I needed from Pat and put a deposit down. The day of, our trailer was dropped off and ready to go at our campsite before we got there. Pat called me and gave me a run down of important things to know over the phone but otherwise everything was ready to go. We had a great time and after some easy clean up, our trailer was picked up promptly without any fuss on our last day. Overall, the experience getting the trailer delivered was so painless and the price was very competitive. I highly recommend Pat and team!
