I've had my camper van for about 2 years and have had the hardest time finding a reliable, knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy service center. I was totally convinced that there were just no good options in the San Diego area. But then I found San Diego RV Center!!! They are literally everything I was looking for. They provide every kind of RV service I could imagine, even exterior body/paint work. I was working directly with the manufacturer on a myriad of warrantee items, and SD RV Center was able to step right in seamlessly. They maintained excellent communications with both me and the manufacturer throughout the repair, they were able to successfully troubleshoot difficulties which arose in the process, they took great care of my coach when it was in their possession, and they did the repairs much more quickly than other places I had previously gone. They were friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, professional, skilled in their craftsmanship, absolutely fair in their pricing and proficient in their field. While they are located near Alpine (and I live near the coast), they are situated in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. I will happily drive out to their location for the exceptional service, great staff and reasonable pricing.

The coach is a 2023, we have used it 6 times. The refrigerator will not cool and the bedroom AC worked 1 time. We have had the coach in 3 times for the AC. Now the service department at Blue compass is telling us we need to purchase a new fridge and AC unit! Is this the standard for a coach that was over $100,000 and use 6 times? Our glass shower door shattered last year, we didn't even bother with that. Seeing as how the Blue Compass service center is of no help! To make matters worse, Jeff the service manager has been repeatedly rude and condescending. He talks to my husband, a 21 year vet and fire fighter, as if he is an idiot. His communication is poor, and he makes you feel dismissed and talked down to. We purchased the coach their brand new in 2023 and trusted they would provide honest, professional service, and they fell short. I would not recommend them to anyone for purchasing or repairs. Our next step is Grand Design and then an attorney.

We recently had the pleasure of experiencing an exceptional buying journey with the Holland RV team in Santee. Unlike the usual caution and skepticism that comes with dealerships, our experience with Holland RV was refreshingly different. Their commitment to meeting our needs was evident at every stage. As first-time RV shoppers, our encounter with Bonnie from the moment we stepped into their welcoming dealership was very refreshing. Her patience in addressing our questions and attentiveness to our needs stood out. She went to work for us to recommend and locate the perfect motorhome that catered to our requirements. In fact, Bonnie was as equally as excited as we were when we locked in on our selected motorhome! Jeff, the service manager, dedicated his time to providing us with an in-depth walkthrough and Q&A of the RV before we even made our decision. Marty, the finance wizard, managed to secure a lower interest loan with a well known lender, surpassing what our own bank and credit union could offer. His expertise truly saved us money. Mike, the General Manager, left an indelible impression with his personable and straightforward approach. We really appreciated his transparency and genuine attention to making sure that the Holland RV team met all of our concerns and needs. This high level of attention to our total satisfaction even continued AFTER we closed the deal. This alone should influence anyone of you who have encountered "who are you again" post sale treatment should understand this reference. Throughout the entire process, the team at Holland RV exhibited unwavering respect and courtesy. Their genuine care for our satisfaction was palpable and greatly appreciated. Your experience may vary, but we walked many dealerships during our search and I highly recommend Holland RV as a must visit when you start looking for your first (or next) RV.

We searched for an established and reputable RV solar firm, and a friend recommend Infinite RV & Marine in San Marcos. My initial phone call was answered by office manager Daniela, who listened intently to my questions, and quickly put me at ease. Following the call, she worked closely with the firm's founder and technical maestro David - who reached out to discuss technical aspects and options, and soon we had a detailed and easily understood proposal in hand to add a pair of 200 Watt rigid solar panels to our RV roof, as well as all the subsystems necessary to make them fully operational and beneficial to our anticipated needs. The day of our appointment, we met the rest of the team, including David's son Zack, who runs the day-to-day operations of the business, providing hands-on leadership to a small crew of installers, to assure everything is up to his family standards. As Zack later said: "I treat every RV as if it was my own". With several restaurants, a multi-plex theater and brewpub a short distance away, I planned on spending a few hours nearby as the work was performed, and was pleasantly surprised to receive an early call that the work was not only complete, but that my cost would be less than half of the estimate. On further inspection and research during the installation, Zack determined my existing control hardware and other systems would be able to easily handle the new panels, and there was no need to install the hundreds of dollars of additional new equipment they had understandably ordered and prepared for the install. Though Zack could have easily installed that new equipment for an extra profit, and explained it away to a know-nothing like me, he didn't - - and that means one hell of a lot. Zack, David, Daniela and the team at Infinite RV & Marine have our utmost respect and admiration. We could not be happier with the work they performed. When it comes time to expertly install complex solar and other specialized electrical systems in an RV, they will most certainly be the first ones we turn to.

I would highly recommend Infinite RV & Marine to anyone that has the need for expert care maintaining their RV.

The listing for this RV stated it came with an e-bike and Starlink. My rental agreement confirmed both. One week before pickup, I received a text from Oscar saying the e-bike and Starlink were actually add-ons, and that he needed to check availability. I responded by email pointing out that both were included in my signed rental agreement and that I expected either both items to be available or a price adjustment. No response. Oscar was not present when we arrived, and Dorian told me there was nothing he could do or he would get in trouble. He refused to call anyone or escalate the issue. I needed the RV, so I had no choice but to accept it. See the attached rental agreement. We specifically rent the Mercedes-Benz version because we are familiar with it, and a key reason is its self-leveling stabilization system, which minimizes rocking. We were not informed until we showed up that this feature had been disabled. Dorian claimed customers damage it. I paid a premium for this model specifically for that feature, and it was disabled without any prior notice. For a 2024 model, this RV is in rough shape. Everything functioned and it was reasonably clean, but the interior has clearly been neglected. Among other issues, the original shower slider was replaced with a cheap curtain rod rather than being properly repaired. See attached photos. Do not be fooled by how friendly and responsive they are during the booking process. This company falsely advertises its vehicles and will not honor its own rental agreements, even when you have everything in writing.
