I just wrote a review of Scott Robinson Honda because we went there before coming to Carson Honda. I got Internet quotes for a 2010 Honda Fit Sport. Carson Honda was one of the dealers responding. Since I live closer to Scott Robonson I first went to them to see if they would meet or beat Carson's offer. To make the story short we didn't buy from them (see that review for details). Anyway, there was a night and day difference between the two dealerships. Carson Honda was so much more relaxed and easy to deal with. No hard sell here. Ramon, our salesman, was very friendly, and was true to his word. He honored the deal we had emailed back and forth about without any hesitation. And, Andrew, the paperwork guy, was just as friendly and very accommodating. Also, Andrew is very very efficient! He really knows how to control that computer! If you want to get an excellent deal and do it in a very relaxed atmosphere you need to come here. I suggest trying to go through Ramon, the Internet sales guy. read more

Dean, T, and Javier were very helpful in the leasing of my CR-V. They didn't have the color in the model that I wanted. They went out of their way to help me to get the car I wanted for the price that I could afford. I highly recommend that you ask for T when you want to purchase or lease a new vehicle! read more

We brought our 2007 Honda CR-V for service due to a humming noise coming from the engine especially during turns. Our sevice advisor was ERWIN MAURICIO. He was able to diagnose the problem right away. Not only that, his customer service was exceptional. He is truly an asset to Carson Honda. read more

This review is for David De Guzmand Luis Razo. They were excellent. I paid for a used car, had my mechanic check it on their lot, and they refunded me what I paid. That's because I insisted on a contract with Luis re any found mechanical failures. There was a big one. And Luis honored the contract and gave me my money back. David was polite, accommodating, and just a wonderful salesman to deal with. I thought they'd give me a hard time, but they honored our agreement without any hassle. That meant a lot to me. read more

Sorry but this is not a place I want to business at. I came in looking for a specific vehicle I saw online. Now the price was not the lowest that i've seen for that make and model but figured since i was literally passing by them I would check it out. Bem the sales guy was quick to greet, found the car and we did the test drive. I am already familiar with it so I was ready to make a deal but figured since this certified car had some pretty serious scratches inside and out, crayon wax on the leather and some other issues I could make the price a little more worth it. I asked for a moment to talk w my spouse about it and he never came back. That's a quick way to loose a sale, I never even made an offer. read more

I as a disgruntled customer of Carson Honda can attest to all wise caring consumers do not do business with them especially when it comes to Service! I purchased 2 Honda's which were Certified made to be like New with all being checked out, yet the UNSCRUPULOUS Service Advisor wanted to charge me for something that should of been handled prior to the purchase. I called the Dealership regarding the issue and as of March 26, I have not heard back from the Service Manager. read more

This was a great experience for us. All staffs were friendly and helpful. Three individuals helped us in our purchase and all were great. Ali Hassas the finance manager was a great person who did our finance quickly and gave us a great deal. Al Asgari the Internet director who gave us all information we needed via Internet and on the phone with his great personality and honesty helped us to purchase our car. Also we were very glad to meet Mike Kiernan who took us for test drive and guide us during the whole procedure. GREAT team, GREAT customer service. THANK YOU CARSON HONDA read more

Best car leasing experience we've ever had. Transparent, honest, professional. They really go out of their way to make the experience as painless as possible (and we all know how painful the car dealership experience can be!). Jenna Creasy and Rannise were extremely helpful from the beginning. You could tell right away that they were honest, good people and not trying to sell you extras or add in hidden fees when you actually get to the dealer. They quoted us a GREAT DEAL on a 2015 CRV over email with all of the details included. We got to the dealer and the entire process went so smoothly. Everything was ready - the sales manager was waiting for us, and the finance team was prepared. Overall, a wonderful experience. Thank you to Jenna for going out of her way to make our experience a great one! We really appreciate it! read more

My wife and I visited this dealership over the weekend and we will never return. Dropped by to look at the new 2016 Honda Pilot Touring model and was hoping to see an Elite. Walked up to a group of salesman huddled in a shady corner of the salesroom entrance. The guy that approached us smiled and asked us how he could help us. We told him we were looking for a 2016 Honda Pilot Touring and he asked me if I had been here before. I told him this is my first time here and a minute later he asked if I was sure that I had never been here before. Bro, I've never been here before. As he is walking us through the sales floor towards the side of the building he asked a third time if I had been here before. I ignored the question. He showed us a Pilot. His first words, here's a Pilot but I can't let you inside since it's already been sold. Thinking he had more of a story as to why he would show us a car that we couldn't go into I stood there in awkward silence. He literally thought we'd be happy with only seeing the outside. I asked if there was one that we could see the inside and his response as he glanced over the lot, "I don't see any" and then he walked off and said he'll look. I don't know what's going on with salespeople these days but it seems a lot of them don't put any time or dedication in the trade. They seem to think they hold the power in the sale so they don't have to be friendly, listen, or even attempt to get you what you want. Case in point, when we drove up, he and his buddies were huddled up just blowing time by. Some of that time could have been used to learn your product, learn what was in stock, and where they are located. No, we had to wait for him to run around the lot and find the vehicle. He finally located one and walked us across the sales floor to the other side of the building. He kept 10-15 foot distance between us. His demeanor almost seemed as if he was mad at us, like he got stuck having to show us cars (it's kind of you job). After looking over the car I asked if he could check to see if an Elite was available or on its way. He had no interest in looking this up and said that the Elite won't be here for at least three months. After we told him we can't make a buy decision without comparing the Touring to the Elite, he basically locked the car and walked back to his buddies. Point of this review: If I have to put in the footwork to locate a vehicle, what is the point of a car salesman? It's ironic since I called around to other Honda dealerships today and located an Elite in Pasadena and another in San Fernando. Sadly, if we end up choosing to buy the Touring, we've already decided not to go back and buy the Touring that Carson Honda had. We would much rather wait for inventories to pick up and drive to a farther dealership where we'll feel appreciated for buying a car than to go through the experience we had at Carson Honda. And after reading through all of their reviews, it doesn't sound like their service department is that great either. read more

Great car buying experience. Bought a Honda Accord 4 door sport. Look for Christian Reyes he took good care of me. Shout out to Dean Hayek thanks again. Really happy with the service and purchase. read more

I went to Honda to look at a car I was really interested in. In the back of my mind I didn't think I was going to make any purchase or even drive away in any car other than my own. Thankfully we had great help from Jose Larios who right away greeted us and answered any questions we had. He also helped me look into another vehicle that caught my attention and made every effort to make sure there were other options that could help me settle on to something new. Sure enough with his help and the rest of the Honda financial team I was able to say bye to the old and move onto something new. Thank you Jose and everyone that helped make it happen. read more

Not so great sales dept., although they are nice enough onsite, they don't put any effort into it. I told them i was interested in a black accord, but they said that they did not have one with that spec at the facility. They told me they'd try and find one and then call me back. I even called them a few days later to follow up. Well 3 weeks later after I had already bought my car, they called me and tried to convince me to go see a white one. I think that is enough said. read more

My name is Jacquelyne Ratcliff, I am taking time to write this review because of the Best Sales Associate ever and his name is Juan Deloa. I have purchased four cars from Carson Honda(each vehicle from Juan Deloa only!). Juan is my go to sales rep because he is patient, understanding, and keeps his word. He doesn't pressure me and I feel comfortable when I am purchasing a vehicle from him. Juan also follows up with you after you have made your purchase, not just that one day of sale only. I would also like to say thank you to the store sales management(Tim Soeung G.M. I tagged along with a friend car shopping and was helped by a sales guy named Caddy. I don't know that much about cars, but Caddy made us all feel comfortable. Salesman Juan Deloa has been extremely helpful in our first new car buying experience. He is the reason my next 2 vehicles came from Carson Honda. Just got my new Honda Civic EX-T lease from Carson Honda! I had an absolutely horrible experience the day before with Norm Reeves Honda in Huntington Beach and was honestly considering not renewing my lease with Honda, but then came Carson Honda! After my precious experience the day before I emailed Shaundra in Carson Honda's internet team, explained her how we were treated the day before, and told her what we needed. She not only was patient, kind, and understanding, but she also listened and got EVERY detail right. She introduced me to the sales manager, Tyson (I hope I spelt his name right!), and he epitomizes what it means to have excellent customer service. He double checked and triple checked all the numbers and made sure everything was right the first time. So much so that our sales agent Ramon, didn't really have to do that much. Here is the important part - the staff at Carson Honda give me an offer on the phone and they stuck to their word. We came in and got the exact deal we were promised, no smoke and mirrors, hassles, or tricks. This was THE BEST car buying experience I have ever had. For anyone who is interested in buying a car I would recommend going through their internet team, specifically Shaundra. She earned my business and made an extremely happy customer! read more

From the minute "Tank" answered the phone i knew i was in good hands. He was so courteous over the phone. Asked probing questions to check if they could actually assist with my issue before i drove down there. He also made sure that he would be the one helping me and not handing me over to someone by giving me his name and telling me to come in and ask for him since he already knew what my issue was. When i got there and asked for tank he immediately came outside with a huge smile on his face and shook my hand. He was genuinely very welcoming, courteous and listened to me while i explained the severity of my situation. This guys is amazing! He has amazing customer service skills and could teach a class on how to serve customers! Nice, courteous, genuine, extremely knowledgeable of honda products and very positive! This guy needs a promotion! Alan read more

After my horrible experience @ Nelson Honda, it was wonderful dealing with poeple that didn't lie and were upfront with you. Was able to have no problem purchasing the new Honda Pilot and was given us everything that was promised to us over the phone. Love the car also! read more

I've been to Multiple Honda dealerships in different cities and I can say that Carson Honda showed me the most LOVE! This was my very first time buying a brand new car and they not only gave me multiple options to fit my financial budget. They got me into my dream car a Honda Accord sport 2016! I did not call ahead and I walked right in and got fast service with the amazing sales consultant Ramon. Out of all my years I've never heard of someone getting in and out of a dealership under 3 hours. I love Honda Carson and I recommend all my friends to come here! Thank u so much!!! read more

Ive never been a Honda person but I was curious about the civic I got in contact with Oliver and he was able to provide me very detailed information. I know that's his job but he went above and beyond for me and stopped my job to appraise my car on his way in to work. Oliver knew I wasn't interested 100% to buy a car but yet he treated me as if I had already decided on the model and color. When I stopped by the dealer he was very professional and well educated about the brand. When it came down to the numbers he knew what he was talking about and was able to work out a deal where i traded in my tundra for an accord sport. Oliver and Luis Razo are great and if your in the market to buy a Honda I highly recommend you look for these 2 guys. read more

First off Oliver is a great man. Very accommodating professional the short Asian sales manager pheeeeweeee your arrogance has me speechless. I just got a car from them like a week ago! The sale person and the financial guy who did all the paperworks for me are suck, they don't even explain me about the paperworks, he just have me sign here and there. When I got home and review all the paperworks I see that they try to cheat me for over $4000 added to the car price,. I'll never recommend anyone to go there. read more

I am surprised by the decline in service at this dealership. I am a loyal Honda owner. I have owned Hondas for more than 20 years and have used the sales and service departments at this dealership exclusively for many years. Unfortunately, I have noticed a decline in service during recent visits. I made an appointment to have my car serviced at 10 am on Monday. By 1:00 I had developed a headache and was feeling stressed because my car problem had neither been diagnosed nor repaired. I left in order to take medication and requested follow up from a service advisor as well as from a manager. 5 days later, no one has contacted me. Even more troubling is that I my paperwork indicates that my oil was changed and the sensor reset. My sensor reading contradicts this. I took my car to another dealership that was a bit farther away but they took good care of me. I am very disappointed. While I understand that there are times when service cannot be provided in a timely manner, I don't understand why no one followed up with me. read more

I would highly recommend this dealership. Everyone is very nice and always made sure I was taken care of at all times. Starting from my sales agent Geovanna Valenzuela who made sure I received the best... To Oliver who was very knowledgeable of both the cars I test drove. I was prepared to have a challenging experience buying a car. I'm not bad at it but I just don't like it. I don't like the hard sell, I don't like being pressured and I was ready for it. I was surprised. It wasn't terrible. It was almost - pleasant? The people at Carson Honda did the very best they could to make me feel comfortable without pandering. Rohmer Manalese was the salesman we used. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the specific car I came to see. While at the dealership, I received an email from another dealer about a car I was interested in and Rohmer and Luis E both gave me space to call the other dealership but advised me on what to ask - turned out it was a scam. In any event, I'm driving my new (to me) car and feeling positive about my experience at Carson Honda and the price I paid. read more

I wanted to give them 5 stars but I could only provide 4 because the wait time I have had with them has been hours. HOWEVER. They completely worked with me to get me into a used car that I had been interested in. I told them my payment range, and the guy Cesar that was helping me did everything in his power to get me there. I signed all paperwork on a Sunday but I had to wait for signatures on one thing from a family member before I could trade in my old car. But on the Sunday I was there, I was there a total of 7 hours! Then Thursday was when I was to go take delivery on the car. They had not completed the car for pickup and I waited another 5 hours to just give them my car and take delivery on the new one. Octavio was very helpful during this time in keeping me informed of what was going on. But not 24 hours after taking delivery, I noticed a coolant leak. I called them immediately and had to take the car in 9:30 that Saturday. I was there another 6 hours BUT they went out of their way to make sure my car was fixed that day (by even driving to go pick up the one needed part) and made sure that I did not need to bring the car back for any reason. The people there were super nice, worked with me in every way imaginable, both sales and service department went above and beyond and great customer service and if I didn't have to wait as long as I did, I would have given them 5 stars. read more

I dealt with their counterpart in Burma Park last time I needed a car (opted to lease the 2016 Civic when they first came out) and it was a super painless transaction. Fast forward three years later, and with my lease up and my driving habits changed, I opted to sell my lease back to Honda and get an electric car. They were super easy to deal with - they addressed all my needs, and were super apologetic when a component needed for the car was missing - I'll have it within the week at their expense. Much recommended, thanks for an easy shopping experience. read more
