She wasn't pushy or focused on trying to "make a sale". The estimate was reasonable, and the scheduling a breeze. She even thought to ask what day my garbage was collected so their equipment wouldn't be competing with the garbage trucks and cans. A 5-man crew came today and did the work. They were on time, efficient, and extremely skilled. They made a concerted effort to keep the mess "contained" but moving to the chipper/shredder while they were working and to clean everything up when they were done. At the end, I asked them how long they'd worked for this female-owned business. It ranged from 1 year to 20 years! They spoke highly of the company and their boss. I will definitely be using Artistic Arbor Gardens again.

Our huge pine tree fell over and broke two of our neighbors fences. We called Carillo Tree Service after 5 PM and yet they still came that same day and quoted us a great price. Also we look pretty young and inexperienced so I think those other people were hoping we didn't know what we were doing. Carillo Tree Service was fair, honest, professional and super fast! They came right away and we hired them on the spot. They got to work that evening and since the trees fell in our neighbors yard they had to drive around to the next street and coordinate with two other neighbors. They were always messaging us updates and communication was always on point! Within 2 days they had all the work completed.
