Back in 2013 we had them install granite countertops in the kitchen and replace carpet with tile throughout most of our home. We were so pleased with the quality and workmanship that in 2014 we also had them redo the shower in the master bedroom, which has been a delight ever since. As other reviewers have noted in the past, the "serial" nature of the work can end up taking some time if issues are discovered, but the quality of the end product is worth it. This past summer we had a mysterious water leak that we thought might be related to the shower but in the end did not. Mark and Bill removed a few tiles and were unable to find a problem but helped us track it to other sources, starting with the roof, the air conditioning system, and finally a leak in the air conditioner located behind a wall common to the shower. Once the problem was solved we discovered that we had a lot of spare tiles from the previous jobs but not the ones we needed for the shower. They ordered and installed the right ones and did not charge me. Mark and Bill were true professionals throughout the ordeal, and I recommend their products and services highly.

"Joseline" our sales person went above and beyond doing a super job for us. I am a retired general contractor and I know about many of the issues that can come up with these types of jobs - all the issues were handled in a professional manner by Joseline. She personally delivered tile in her personal car when a time deadline was near - amazing. The crews for the installation of the carpet and wood flooring were great (I used a friend for the tile installation.) They had to move furniture and had to deal with clutter - no damages and no complaints - all were friendly and professional - great job by all. We would recommend Floorscapes to anyone needing flooring. Super experience with them.

I finally went with Anthony and Debbie, there quote was the lowest but that wasent just it when I met Anthony he made me and my family comfortable and not stress about anything. We knew it was gonna be a project our 1940 house was unlevel, parts of our house were sinking, and they did beyond amazing. When there crew ran into problems with our floor they fixed everything with confidence. They always made sure before they left they would clean up and would cover holes so my daughter or us wouldn't fall through our crawl space. I hired them to level my floor because it was different levels, once I saw how they worked and how much experience they had, we definitely had them install our vinyl floor also. The ordering process was easy. Leslie indicated a two-three week delivery timeframe which turned out to be accurate. The men who installed the new bathroom flooring were very professional and obviously quite experienced. They were able to finish the project within three days. We could not be more pleased with the overall experience with Raby Home Solutions and our salesperson, Leslie. We highly recommend this business.

They charged me $50 to measure my house and finally came back two weeks later with an absurdly high price quote, including a number of things I hadn't requested and weren't required. When I questioned the proposal the saleswoman ignored my questions altogether and stopped responding to my emails. I sent a final message requesting the measurements I paid for and that message was ignored as well. Don't waste your time with Raby's unless you enjoy poor, unresponsive service and want to pay a premium for it. I've worked with many contractors over the years and have never had a worse experience. It cost me $50 to learn how bad they are. I'll save you the money and trouble. Run!

Of the…read morefive, this is the only company that showed up late (45 mins late and I called to find out where they were 15 mins after our agreed upon time - estimator should have called me). He came out, took measurements, said he would send the quote via email the next business day. 3 business days later, still no quote. I called to ask for the quote, but had to leave a message for the estimator to call me. 5-6 hours later, no return call. I called again. He answered the phone. No apologies for the delay in getting the quote to me. No apologies for not returning my call. "Mr Big" was so arrogant. His price was middle of the pack, but his attitude and ethics were dead last. I learned a lot from each company's representative and ultimately, this information was crucial in choosing a worthy contractor.
