They charged me $50 to measure my house and finally came back two weeks later with an absurdly high price quote, including a number of things I hadn't requested and weren't required. When I questioned the proposal the saleswoman ignored my questions altogether and stopped responding to my emails. I sent a final message requesting the measurements I paid for and that message was ignored as well. Don't waste your time with Raby's unless you enjoy poor, unresponsive service and want to pay a premium for it. I've worked with many contractors over the years and have never had a worse experience. It cost me $50 to learn how bad they are. I'll save you the money and trouble. Run!

I called to ask for the quote, but had to leave a message for the estimator to call me. 5-6 hours later, no return call. I called again. He answered the phone. No apologies for the delay in getting the quote to me. No apologies for not returning my call. "Mr Big" was so arrogant. His price was middle of the pack, but his attitude and ethics were dead last.
