Best of all, the owner and the staff were so easy to work with and we couldn't be more pleased with their superior service. Highly recommended!

The owner Will doesn't care about the customer's satisfaction. Every job should be treated with the same amount of effort and attention to detail, no matter how small. I tried out this company because my usuals, who are wonderful!!, are simply overwhelmed with too much work. I gave them a very small simple test job. I should've known better and trusted the other negative reviews. Oh, and I hope you're caught up on your Spanish. The guy that'll show up for measuring or install doesn't speak English and I'm not continuing a conversation of how his work sucks over the translator on his phone. If this had been one of my customer's homes, I would've thrown the installer (who also did the measuring the week prior) off the jobsite after 30 seconds. Literally breaking the cabinet with fists because the sink they brough was way oversized. I ignored at first to see how it would end up, knowing it would bite me. Over 2 hours into a 30 min job, the installer summoned me to look at the materials he'd been working on before the final setting. Apparently "You broke the cabinet!", "That looks like sh*t!" and "You really f*cked up that cut!", (which was clearly understood by the "Sorry sir" I got) means install it anyways and don't bother cleaning up before you run off to mess up another job. I asked if I got stuck with the new guy or something and was told he's been with them for quite a while. No thanks. It wasn't worth the effort or arguing over "making it right", which Michelle offered but Will never followed up on, for a small test job. I paid the bill, cut my losses, and learned the lesson. They will never get another single piece of my $0.5M+ worth of countertops I have installed every year. I'd rather deal with the delays from the guys I know do good work.

After 4 weeks I called, and she said they lost my number. Thank God I called. She said the pieces were not finished, (We also ordered a separate piece to be cut from a big slab of theirs for a vanity.) she said they would be ready by ready by the next Monday. They were not. I had to call again and she said they are ready, they really don't get to small projects until they have time. I commented that I thought 5 weeks should be plenty of time. She said they'll get to it when they get to it. So then I called the next Monday and spoke to someone someone named Will I believe.He apologized, but not sincerely. He basically was implying that small jobs are not really important and he gave attitude and said I was welcome to come pick my piece up. He did in sincerely offer to have them ready by 4:30 that day. I said that would be fine, and I could pick them up tomorrow on my way to my dentist appointment. When we arrived, neither piece was ready. They didn't even call me. Another waste of my time. And the receptionist attitude again was "Oh well, we're sorry" Absolutely unprofessional, and either understaffed or they just don't give a darn about their customers. If they didn't want to do a job that was under $1,000, they could have just saved me the time and money and said so. Now I have to find an actual reputable stone work business but I'm extremely happy I got my heirloom marble out of their hands.

She suggested I come back on another time. Wrong answer. If you post hours for your establishment you should be sure you remain open during those hours so as not to waste your customers' time. If the retail store is run so haphazardly, I'm betting the rest of the. Operation is as well. I'll find another quartz fabricator from among the many such companies in ABQ.

We needed to address water stains from a 2023 roof leak in three ceiling areas, as well as hairline cracks from the house settling over the last 22 years. The team arrived promptly at 8:00 AM. Chris, the Crew Leader, clearly explained the work plan and how the team would proceed. Matt, the Lead Painter, along with Alexis and Kay, worked exceptionally well together. Their attention to detail was evident, and the final result is beautiful. I had a terrible experience with Andy's painting. Prior to starting the job, I emphasized to the…read morecrew that we had recently installed new flooring in our home and that I was concerned about protecting the floors. I was assured that the floors would be covered during the duration of the project to ensure protection. Floor covering is specified in our contract but was not completed. Our floors were not covered. Instead, masking tape was placed on the floor in sporadic areas. I discussed this with our project manager Kris and the painting crew after realizing that they weren't going to cover the floors and again re-emphasied my concerns, however the floors were still not covered. The tape job was not adequate, and paint got all over the stairs and flooring. The crew attempted remove the paint using an abrasive orbital buffer and a sharp hand tool. This caused multiple steps to be scratched and gouged. The crew caused $622.08 worth of damage to our new flooring. Andy's website states "We perform the work. We do not subcontract our painting work. All our painters are employed by Andy's painting." The original painters and our project manager Kris both informed me on the first day that the crew were indeed sub-contractors. The painter said that it was only his second day working with Andy's. Obviously, this was frustrating and a willful misrepresentation by Andy's. We did not expect or agree to have the job subcontracted. Especially by someone who lacked the skill to complete the job. Areas that were not to be painted received paint. Including the stair risers, handrail and doors. The handrail was even painted a different color without my consent or prior knowledge. The lack of attention to detail was astounding. We had to babysit the entire project. I had to ask multiple times to have simple tasks like filling nail holes or having walls textured completed. All of these items were agreed to in our contract. However, there were constant excuses from the crew and attempts to cut corners. I was told "you probably don't need 2 coats of paint" and "you can't see those holes." ect. It was tiresome to have to repeatedly insist that they complete the job as we had agreed. The first crew was fired by the project manager after 2 days. In total, 3 different crews worked on our project trying to get it right. On the very first day I was told that the job would be completed in 1 day. The job ended up taking 5 days. The doors were painted using a sprayer in our driveway. The driveway was not protected properly and there was white paint sprayed all over our driveway. The doors were initially put back on wet causing the paint to be damaged, door hinge pins upside down, missing screws ect. The crew does not arrive on time. They were at least 30 minutes late on 4 different occasions. Multiple crew members told me that Andy's will hire anyone and that they don't check references or require any demonstration of proficiency or skill prior to be hired. Overall, it was a bad experience. I was expecting a much more professional experience and result. Andy's did agree to pay for the damage and did some additional work on removing the paint from our stairs and flooring. I would not recommend hiring Andy's Painting.

One of the tasks was simply to loosen a handle on a guest bathroom faucet that was secured too tightly. After working on it, Chris informed me that I needed a new faucet. I accepted his verdict and arranged for him to return and install it. (I ordered a new one which he picked up). He came back and installed it, but said that it should not be used for a few days. I was leaving town and had house sitters. They waited to use it and upon first use there was a major leak affecting the sink, toilet and shower. I contacted Chris and scheduled a time for him to return while I was gone, but he didn't show up for the app't. When I texted him, he said it wasn't his fault and that I'd need to get a plumber. I did so and it was a very expensive repair involving cutting into the wall. When I returned, I noticed that the spout on the faucet was very loose and had not been securely fastened. I sent Chris a video illustrating the loose spout and he denied responsibility. After an interchange, he agreed to come back when it was convenient for him. After several weeks I inquired again. Chris then decided he was not going to come back at all, but would offer a refund within 30 days. At the end of the month, I asked if he would be sending the refund and, after another unpleasant interchange, he decided he would not be sending a refund. This has been an unnecessarily complicated and unsatisfactory transaction and I am left having to pay another person to make the repair. I never asked for a refund...I only wanted the install to be corrected. Chris threatened me with legal action if I wrote a negative review. I am refraining from using any negative adjectives, but will simply say that I cannot recommend him. This is a simplified, understated review, just trying to stick to facts. I have a thorough email trail that backs up the entire transaction. Let me add that Chris put a new screen door in my kitchen that was supposed to be pet resistant. It pulled out of the framing within days. Rather than return to repair it, he offered a 3/4 percent refund. I accepted it, but need a new screen. This refund had nothing to do with the plumbing/faucet episode.

There's one word to describe "FLOORMART", liars and thieves. Floormart just wants your money, they will not give you the service you deserve. There's an old lady that sells you the product, named Mrs. Cooper, and when you don't get the quality of service that she was proclaiming.....on your return visit, Mrs. Cooper runs as old as she is. Then she sends a short and fat lady to fight and yell in your face for their injustice, for they do not give you any refunds, nor will they help with one piece of tile or one strip of wood to match the pieces they have sold you previously. Now to top it off, they want to offer you, "kitchen and bathroom remodeling". The quality of their work and their contractors is horrifying. STAY AWAY FROM FLOORMART, THE RABY COMPANY. read more

Take your business somewhere else. Ralf is a very Rude and doesn't take accountability for anything. 1st off they will tell you a time and will leave you waiting with no communication. 2nd they damaged the edges of the counter taking off the old granite off and it was no big deal. 3rd a mirror fell in the bathroom because of them taking the out the backsplash and dry wall and wouldn't replace it I was I told I would be sent to collections if I don't pay. read more

They sent illegal aliens to install the carpet and they broke two sconces that were more than the installation, and then when I tried to contact the owner, his kid simply shielded him from the call. I tried to email them to get them to put what they said about it in writing but they would not do that. read more

"Joseline" our sales person went above and beyond doing a super job for us. I am a retired general contractor and I know about many of the issues that can come up with these types of jobs - all the issues were handled in a professional manner by Joseline. She personally delivered tile in her personal car when a time deadline was near - amazing. The crews for the installation of the carpet and wood flooring were great (I used a friend for the tile installation.) They had to move furniture and had to deal with clutter - no damages and no complaints - all were friendly and professional - great job by all. One quick call turned into a whole red flag. Not a great first impression -- felt more like a money-grab operation than a helpful local business.
