Great selection and patience with our considerations (in fact, Ryan came out for a site visit and pushed us to take home additional samples and really take our time considering what was going to be a longterm purchase) and the pricing was reasonable - maybe lower than expected for the level of service delivered. Following up along those lines, our installers were efficient, trustworthy professionals who did great work. We intend to have more done soon, and House of Floors will now be the only place we contact - they've earned our business and our trust.

Tile selection is great and we found an option that worked with our existing interior colors. Ryan, Joslyn and staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Project started as scheduled and ended as expected. We chose the dust free option for removing the existing floor tile and are glad we did. The installers, David and Joseph are skilled and take pride in their work. We are very pleased with the outcome and have received several compliments. A new floor really changes the look of a house.

I hired Reliable Restoration to complete a tile project and clean tile in my bathrooms. What I…read morethought would be just a tile replacement turned out to be a much more daunting job, due to water damage. Robert was responsive and walked me through what needed to be done on the job. He was able to stay within my budget and completed the job in a timely fashion. When I had concerns about some of the grout work, Robert responded quickly and remedied the situation. I am happy with the work, I would use the service again. The only reason I am giving four stars instead of five is that twice he was late to arrive.

I purchased a hexagon tile for my laundry room. He said it would not be a problem, then proceeded…read moreto square off the tile and cut the tile into rectangles and was going to install a row of rectangular tiles at the end rather than fitting and cutting the tile. When I realized what he was doing, he started fitting them how they should have been but had inconsistent grout lines ranging from 1/8 inch to almost an inch between the tiles. If he wasn't comfortable working with the tile, he should have said so instead of ruining a box of tile. A waste of my time and materials.

We live in another city, and were only able to meet face-to-face with Arturo a few times. But despite the remote work, it was an amazingly positive experience. This job included floors, doors, cabinets and countertops, minor electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, etc. When challenges arose, Arturo responded each time with "What can Sunset Valley do to make you delighted?" His crew was neat, arrived on time, was respectful to our tenants, and completed the tasks in the promised time. His prices were not cheap, but they were fair and the work they did was stellar. The guys showed up on time and got the job done the same day even though towards the end of the day the rain clouds were rolling in. It did sprinkle a little rain but not much at all. I am so happy with the color. We chose a neutral color so that if we decide to change stucco/color it will be an easy thing to match up. Rolando A. and Mike D. both worked hard and even came back on Monday to push the gravel back for me. Thank you so much. *Photos added here July 27, 2023 I have seen advertising for 1 day concrete coatings for quite some time on t.v. and Facebook. I decided to call and get an estimate. Haley came out on a Wednesday and I had the floor done the next Thursday (today). Floyd, Pierre, and Alberto all did a great job and were friendly and professional. The guys cleaned up after themselves. Floyd communicated well through the whole process and made sure to ask all my questions. The warranty is good. I recommend this company to make your concrete surfaces look like new and in a color of your own choosing. I appreciate how friendly the employees are and how fast this project was completed for me. I will update this review at a later date to see how well this surface holds up.

When the process was done, they went over all the do's and don'ts, the guarantee and what it covered, etc. The selection of colors was extensive and there were various options offered on finishes. I was so pleased with the appearance of the finished work that I wished I'd done it years ago ago. I had previously had my garage epoxied by a different company years ago; I think the type of coating offered by 1 Day is superior and more suitable for outdoor surfaces.
