When I questioned the proposal the saleswoman ignored my questions altogether and stopped responding to my emails. I sent a final message requesting the measurements I paid for and that message was ignored as well. Don't waste your time with Raby's unless you enjoy poor, unresponsive service and want to pay a premium for it. I've worked with many contractors over the years and have never had a worse experience. It cost me $50 to learn how bad they are. I'll save you the money and trouble. Run!
