Called Carpet Sharks after reading their reviews along with several other companies reviews. Most all the other companies seemed to have a mix of of good and bad reviews. Carpet Sharks seemed to be all good so.... I decided to try them out. Their page said 24/7 so I called at like 6:30 - 7:00 pm. Paul answered which kind of shocked me. Thought I would be leaving a message. I asked for next day service but he had a big job and wasn't able to make it. He said because his guy had been working seven days a week he could maybe do Monday at the soonest. He said he would check with his associate. They showed up next day!! I found carpet sharks on yelp yesterday and spoke with a guy named paul and set up an appointment for 11 am to have them come out and clean my carpet in my break room! Jay was the tech that showed up a few min early and briefly went over the proses of what he was gonna do and the got rite to work! I will attach some pictures of the work and I have to say I am very satisfied with the work they done and it came out amazing! He took his time and really showed that he took pride in his work! Can't believe this place stays in business with the horrible customer service their employees give. After yelling at me in front of my soon to be renter, the guy stormed off and wouldn't do the job. All I asked was that he clean behind the furniture, which I told him I would move. I even agreed to pay the extra cost he demanded, but he just screamed and yelled at me, then stormed off when I asked him to please do the job. The good thing was I found a professional company who did the job AND moved the furniture for me. Bottom line, look elsewhere before being belittled by their employee. Not worth the hassle and embarrassment when there are better companies out there. read more

I love carpet sharks. They didn't even have to come for and estimate and was able to give me one price that included all the carpet I need to clean including the stairways. I've hired other companies that have nickel and dime me for every step and every stain and didn't even do a good job. But carpet sharks did and will. Here's me story. They came, cleaned the carpet. Later on, I found out there's a weird smell in one of my rooms, I'm thinking someone must have peed on the carpet there was a dark spot on the carpet. So then I called carpet sharks to ask them to clean that one spot. They said no problem, they would come again. When carpet sharks came back, Jay was very nice and pleasant. He said the stain I see on the carpet is not pee stain. He went down on his knee and sniffed the carpet and he said it smells like deodorizer. I in disbelief got down and sniffed the carpet myself, and yes it didn't smell like pee. But where did the smell come from? Anyways, he went on and deodorize the room again. Their name is We Clean Carpets. I responded to a Valpak mailer. When I refused to pay for expensive service, they stained my love seats and carpet. CARPET SHARKS came to my rescue. They fixed it for me and removed those stains from the other company and discounted their services to help me out. I am so grateful to them and hope that people read this. I used their service twice past two weeks for old and new home. I liked the way they handled pricing as they were honest and upfront and didnt up charge for additional stains or common area spots. They were great overall, polite and did a thoughrough job. The only thing I would suggest to them is some sort of appointment confirmation that could be implemented with the reminder or appointment. I was wondering the whole time if they remember about the schedule I have set a week ahead of time. They showed up all right, but wasnt sure till I called them the day of appointment.
