Filed a warranty claim for a $650 repair. Denied. Their general manager admitted in writing that they have no warranty documentation and prefer not to "nit pick" with contracts. Then used that lack of documentation to deny coverage. Their position: the warranty covers how things were installed, but not the materials their own crew selected and applied. I gave them every opportunity to resolve this professionally. They stopped responding entirely. The roof installation itself was fine. But their warranty is worthless -- and they've essentially said so themselves. If a roofing company won't stand behind a $650 repair on a $14,200 job within the warranty period, what exactly is the warranty for? Take your business elsewhere.

Each day, he and the crew cleaned up so we could have an evening meal etc. Next day he was back and went through it all again. Original estimate was a week, but he got it done a day early. This even included an unforeseen delay of one day to install come insulation in a ceiling that had not been affected by the leak. We just found out about it when the ceilings were opened up. We were extremely satisfied with the quality of the work done, the timely daily start and finish times, and the reasonable pricing. Highly recommend this local company. In 2012, I again used UC Construction to paint the exterior walls and trim of my home. The pricing was comparable to others whom I did not know. So stayed with UC Construction. They came in when they said they would, prepared the walls and trim, and finished the project on time and budget. Fantastic to work with people like this. In 2014, we wanted to install some solar tube passive lighting. Called UC Construction who made a reasonable bid. Came on time, isolated the areas with plastic sheeting, did the work and then cleaned up after themselves. Another outstanding job. Kudos. Highly recommend this company.

He had his suspicions that it may not actually be something to worry about but still removed some tile and double checked the roof. Once he came back down he explained to me that my roof is in good condition, to double check if there's any leaking when it rains but it looks more like cosmetic repair needed on the patio ceiling than any actual repair. The value of a professional not trying to sell me something I didn't need told me everything I needed to know about the honesty of this company. If I needed any repairs to my roof in the future I will absolutely call Baccus and their level of integrity can't be matched. In a day and age where you never get a diagnosis that everything looks okay and people are always trying to rip you off- finding a reputable company is like finding a needle in a haystack. The team member arrived early morning around 9:00 A.M. He did an amazing job going through all of the pictures of the roof and the different types of maintenance offered. He also recommended a complete reroof prior to solar panels and that the roof wasn't ready for solar. Making an end run this way is not an ethical act either. If all business owners did that, Yelp reviews would no longer be trusted. Such behavior corrupts the whole system. 1) Walter G. made one and only one post in 2019. 2) Walter G. does not try to pretend to be anyone but Chuck Grape in his post after he gives his business five stars. 3) Chuck Grape should be careful as I was not alone in witnessing the same screws in his truck as the exact same type that destroyed my tire. I have pictures and two other neighbors as witnesses. The specious argument, that was also attempted by his employees that day, of what screws they use for installation, is irrelevant to a demolition job! These were screws that the original installers used, and they were removing that work. A completely open truck bed cannot be expected to retain screws from falling onto the ground. 4) I had so much evidence that his employees allowed their demolition job to spill onto our public street, that his CLIENT reimbursed me for my damages, so there was no longer a reason to sue C&C Roofing directly after that. 5) Mr. Grape has no direct knowledge of anything that happened, had we gone to court he would not have been allowed to testify about anything because everything he thinks he knows is complete hearsay. He never allowed himself to be contacted by me nor would he return the message I left for him. 6) Instead of apologizing for the many days I was required to spend to fix the damage (I could not find a replacement in Southern Nevada, and had to order from out-of-state), he obfuscates, denies and gives his own business five stars... A twenty dollar tarp could have saved me from needing to waste three days of my life that I will never get back! 7) Companies that truly care about their customers do not allow them to take responsibility for their mistakes. Mr. Grape should stop trying to rewrite history, take a knee, and plant a big juicy kiss on his client's butt for being the honorable one and taking responsibility for his company's damages that a preponderance of the evidence shows, his employees caused! Gratuitous Observation: You've been in business since 1999 and you have five reviews on Yelp-- one of them being your own five star review under a different account. He was able to come by the very next morning to take a look at my roof, which was amazing. I have recently moved into a new house and was dealing with some insurance drama--basically, they couldn't figure out the age of my roof for underwriting. They told me if I couldn't prove its condition or age, I might not get coverage or even have to replace it. I explained there were solar panels installed five years ago, so there *had* to be an inspection at some point, but that still wasn't enough for them. Arian totally saved the day. Not only was he able to figure out exactly how old the roof was, but he also certified its condition, took geo-tagged photos, and sent them over to me so I could show my insurance company. It was exactly what I needed, I'd been going back and forth with the insurance company for almost two weeks, and Arian got me all the info I needed in less than 24 hours. Plus, while he was up there, he noticed a few broken tiles and fixed them for me, which was awesome. If I ever have any more roofing issues, I know exactly who I'm calling.
