I was afraid that the carpets could not be cleaned well and there would still be dirty stains. When I called, they responded immediately and I was able to schedule the cleaning for the next day! When the carpets dried, they were absolutely beautuful! the stains were gone. The process was quick and we would absolutely use them again.

It was basically a large extractor that anybody can rent from home Depot and they needed hot water from is. Now as far as the person that did the work in this company above they were good. They did a good job. It's too bad that they were completely misrepresented by the Main company that farmed them out.

I wrote a scathing review a year ago which somehow did not get posted. A year later my unsealed,…read moresanded (which I never asked for) grout is not only showing huge amounts of grossness, it's obvious the grout isn't neatly contained within the grout lines but has huge areas where it's on the tile. This was the only place I found the specific tile I was looking for and the owner said it would be a 2 week lead time which worked perfectly for a very tight schedule. After waiting a few days after the estimated installation time I contacted him and he said it would be another 2 weeks, or possibly a month. I had another tile installer who did a beautiful job in the kitchen and as soon as I said I could have the other installer pick up the materials I'd already purchased, somehow the owner found a way to make it happen the next day. I can only imagine he was scrapping the bottom of the barrel on subcontracted installers, and they were nice, showed up on time, worked hard, but they were very inexperienced. Their work was very sub-par with huge wavy lines at the edges, uneven tile setting, and I don't even know what they did with the floor in the shower area but it's thick, it's weird, and the trim is atrocious. The owner showed up halfway through the installation and mentioned that he'd sent me an email about a price increase. I hadn't seen it, would never have agreed to it, and not only that he never once contacted either me or my husband by phone to confirm. If I wasn't in such a time crunch I'd have thrown him off the jobsite right then and there. He's a liar and a weasel and has no control over the shoddy workmanship his subcontractors do. Look up Michal Battle if you want tile done right.

I normally don't leave negative reviews--this is actually the first time I've written one. Dylan…read moreBryant was advertising carpet cleaning services on Facebook Marketplace, showcasing before-and-after photos that clearly implied stain removal. We agreed on a price, but when I specifically asked about removing a stain, he suddenly claimed it required a "deep cleaning" and tried to charge an additional $30. At no point prior to arriving did he mention any distinction between "basic cleaning" and "deep cleaning." Even his own website promotes "deep cleaning," which makes this feel misleading at best. His company also advertises water damage restoration services, so the refusal to address a basic stain--even for an additional fee was truly unexpected. Still I was willing to pay extra just to have that one stain addressed, but he refused and insisted his service only covered basic cleaning. What was most concerning was his behavior right afterward, he quickly became agitated and went as far as threatening to report code enforcement upon realizing the property is a rental. He then immediately contacted code enforcement while still at our property. Fortunately, everything on our end is fully licensed, but this felt like an unnecessary, unprofessional, and inappropriate escalation. Overall, the experience was misleading, unprofessional, and uncomfortable. I would strongly recommend clarifying all details upfront before working with him.

Working with Blake Kercher and Rejuvenate Flooring has been a complete nightmare…read more We found Blake through his great reviews online and felt that he was best equipped to do a marbled epoxy floor after meeting him and seeing sample photos of work he has previously done. Despite showing Blake photos of the floors we would like and him agreeing to be able to do the work, we ran into the following issues: - The floor looked NOTHING like what we discussed. It turned out that Blake does not know how to do marbled epoxy floors. - Accused us of not wanting to pay him after pointing out that the floor never cured and that shoes, socks, and furniture were getting stuck to it - Constantly unresponsive to phone calls and text messages before and during the work - Delayed in sending contract and was NEVER on time to meet or do any of the work - Kept our house keys overnight and never returned our permanent parking pass which made us extremely uncomfortable and requires us to now change the locks - Complained about other customers not paying him and affecting his ability to do work in our unit - Harassed us via repeated text messages for payment before the floors were complete during the weekend. Blake previously refused to work or respond to us on the weekend because it was "family time", however he expected us to respond back to him on a weekend. After showing Blake the errors in his work, he became irate and aggressive in our home. In addition, he... - Became verbally abusive - Left belongings in Uhaul truck (that he initially crashed) and had us move it back in on our own - Continuously complained about being out of money since other customers have not paid him - Yelled and became irate when we showed errors in the work, including fish eyes, dirt in the epoxy, tacky spots that would never dry, etc. - Refusal to finish the terms of his contract or speak to us in a common place regarding next steps - Refusal to pay for $200 decor and refrigerator broken during moving furniture to re-do floor - Refusal to re-paint baseboards that he splashed epoxy on - Refusal to continue paying for a hotel since furniture cannot be moved back into the unit by telling me that "i'm on my own" - Backed Uhaul against fence requiring me to squeeze my furniture and household appliances through limited space and move on my own In the end, Blake has refused to communicate with us or complete the terms of the contract. He is still accusing us of non-payment, however we have paid everything outlined in the contract. I have notified the appropriate authorities of his unprofessional actions and have informed our building manager to prohibit him from doing work in the building.
