I needed carpet for my living room because I had last minute company coming in from out of town, and my friend recommended me to this place so I visited them on a Wednesday, and was figuring that it would take at least a week to get this done, I was honestly under the gun because my company was gonna be in the fallowing Wednesday. Surprisingly they had plenty of stock which saved a lot of time for special ordering the carpet. Stephen was able to schedule an install for that Saturday. Elias, the installer that was sent was amazing. I had a real heavy bookshelf that he helped me move, and I don't think I was charged for it. I never really questioned the price, but my best friends wife ( the last minute company ) happens to be in the flooring business, and said that they're company would have charged $45.00 a yard for my carpet, and Stephen charged me $25.00 a yard installed with new pad. I've been meaning to write this for a month now. These guys are amazing!!! Stephen was not only super honest, but also gave me a great price and faster delivery and installation than I was originally told. I wanted to install a higher end carpet in my bedroom. Since I had been renting my place out he thought I was going to continue renting it. He told me he wasn't gonna let me spend that much money on a rental and was willing to show me much more affordable choices. I thought that was very honest of him which is hard to find now days! After I clarified I was going to live in the property he then understood. Since it was a special order he told me it would take 2 to 3 weeks, which was absolutely fine. The new carpet was delivered to the warehouse in less than a week and they came to install it a few days after. Altogether it was delivered and installed in less than two weeks and they did an incredible job! If you're looking for carpeting company let you know further. Stephen is the guy you need to call! Endless options, incredible prices, excellent service, and very professional! read more

The only problem with this business is that the guy who runs it is not interested in hanging around to talk to anyone. I tried 5 times with no luck getting him to wait in the office for a consultation. If that's the way he does business, I would rather go someplace else. read more

They installed the carpet in our unit last year but after about 6 months carpet started to ripping off in some spots and when we called to see if they can fix it the owner said they need to charge us for that repair since that might have happened because of high heels !!!! They dont stand behind their work and I dont use this company any more. read more

He was in and out of here in about 6 hours, which I thought was amazing considering how he did the removal and installation all within that time-frame. Carpet Mall is one of those few remaining businesses that still values building customer relationships over the almighty dollar. When we get to the store, we were warmly greeted by David. He was very patient, professional, and attentive to our specific needs and budget. He answered all our questions thoroughly and knowledgeably--even the questions we asked twice! The best part about working with David is how accommodating and trusting he was with us. He was willing to work out a deal within our budget. He even told me to come back and pick out some wood flooring molding that we needed --with no additional charge! Installation was just as great. The installers were on time--in fact, David had to call us to let us know that the installers were downstairs knocking at the door. The installers were courteous, respectful, professional, and efficient. They were careful when moving HEAVY furniture pieces--they even helped rearrange the set-up in our office! When everything was done, the carpet and the wood had been vacuumed and washed with absolutely no debris of the installation left behind. Overall David is an honest business man with integrity, the installation process was fantastic, and I would chose Carpet Mall in a heartbeat any day. Carpet mall has been my exclusive provider of carpet for my office buildings throughout SoCal for quite some time. The service etc is great, more importantly their prices are simply unbeatable. I honestly don't know how they do it! I also worked with them for the purchase and install of my hardwood floors. I ended up installing about 3,500 square feet of french oak, and to this day every person who walks into my house comments on how much they love the floor. Had our floors done. Bamboo. They had terrible quality workmanship as well as terrible bamboo. They claimed 25 years on the bamboo but it hasn't even been a year and the bamboo is already breaking apart. This was a VERY expensive job and not happy one bit. Would not recommend to anyone. We asked Carpet Mall to install carpet in our home. They said installers would show up by 9:30 AM. They didn't show up til noon, and when they did, they were not completely prepared and had to leave for several hours. It's now almost 9pm and there are still installers at my house. Keep in mind this job is only 2 rooms and a stair case. Its obvious this company is not respectfull of their customers' time. For the amount we spent, I am at a loss for words and would suggest to all prospective customers that they find a carpet installation company with higher standards, or at least one that would offer some reduced rate for causing inconveniences for their customers. read more

After going throughout Los Angeles to find a reasonably priced Carpet store, i came across Carpet Mall as a recommendation from a contractor. he told me they had the best prices and have a huge inventory to chose from. i purchased about 3000sf of hardwood from them and they had it installed the following week. what i liked most about them was the fact that they had a huge inventory of carpet in stock for me to chose from, which they installed the next day. no one was able to match there prices and i highly recommend anyone to go to them. the only downfall was that i am based in west la and they are in van nuys, hence the reason why i gave 4 stars and not 5 read more
