I have no idea why there are negative reviews for this business. ‍…read more I started dealing with Carpet Depot over a year ago. I live in a rental house, where I had put in carpeting (using another carpet business). While I looked after the carpet, it became very worn and I could not get it clean any longer. I went back to the place I bought the carpet from, and learned that my color was discontinued. I sought to match the carpet, which is how I found Carpet Depot. Angel (the sales rep at Carpet Depot) is very aptly named. This man only wants to help his customers. I drove to his location with a small sample of my existing carpet and he matched perfectly. Moreover, the carpet quality was much better than I had before and the price was very reasonable. The installers, (Sergio and his colleague) were incredibly professional. Not only did they do an amazing job of the carpet installation, they were very respectful towards me and with my property. I can't say enough good things about Angel, who took the time during his vacation to get my order placed one year after I first spoke with him. I was SO glad the carpet was still available. I had guests I had not seen in a many years coming for a visit, so I wanted my house to look nice. Thank you again for Angel for the great service. The carpet looks and feels GREAT!

Once - due to unforeseen circumstances I had to reschedule my installation date and she was very professional with the whole situation and I was very embarrassed actually to ask for the new installation date and she made it again very comfortable. The installation team was also very delightful. Very professional. Can't describe in words. But, just what you expect and then some more. I love the whole process and will be calling Nicole again, if I have any new jobs and recommend her for sure. Nicole, thanks again to you and your team. I found SK Resin on Thumbtack, and the reviews had me take a closer look. I ended up having an…read moreissue with my concrete slab in my house. We wanted to install large format tile, but when we removed the old tile, the slab was super unlevel, edges were crumbling - it was a mess. My contractor said it would be too much work to grind it down to flatten things. Out of whim, I called SK, and Souhal there was soooo nice. He came out, took a look and gave me a quote for grinding and filling the cracks. It turned out to be a bigger job, so he had to tell me that he needed to rent a larger machine and gave me a change order. Overall, though, he got the job done, even staying really late to finish up. He also made sure the place was clean afterwards! I recently had another issue come up with the slab after we removed some stair nosing. My contractor said that we would need to jackhammer the slab up and re-pour. Again, I texted Souhal for a second opinion, and he referred me to a concrete repair expert that he know. That guy was also awesome, came the next day and worked out a more reasonable solution along with my contractor! I can't wait until we get to the point with our house that we can do our garage floors - SK Resin will get first dibs for sure!
