This company is incredible. They just finished a steam cleaning job on my staircase within my apartment forty-five minutes ago. I am recovering from a major back surgery. I live in an apartment with two flights of stairs that are carpeted. During my recovery period I have spilled a lot of food items on the staircase. It's so hard trying to walk up two flights of stairs with a cane while holding food and/or drinks. Needless to say, over a twelve month period, all the food and drinks did not safely make it to the top of the staircase. Some food items found a new home on my carpet and not my stomach. I got to the point where I was tired of looking at all the stains on the carpet. I contacted Champs and explained my situation. They had a crew show up the very next day. Now, here's the deal. I was charged a very low price. For such a low price, I figured these guys were going to just get a machine full of water and just run it over the staircase and leave. I actually did not care. I was hoping for at least just a fifty percent visual improvement. However, to my surprise they took their time and did an incredible job. They first sprayed some type of solution on the entire staircase. Next, they got a brush and hand scrubbed the stubborn stain areas before they even began steam cleaning my carpet. When the job was completed, I was shocked. It did not look like they cleaned my carpet. It looked like they laid BRAND NEW CARPET on the entire staircase. I could not believe my eyes. Ok, sorry for the long review. And yes ,I am a real customer. Just had to give this company the props they one hundred percent earned! Signed: It looks like I have brand new carpet! read more

This Company Cleans Carpets And Sofas In Stockton? Wow! Cant say enough good about Donte and his team... Where do I start? First they showed up on time or a little ahead of schedule. This company appears to be a tight knit family owned company with a big name. The customer service is excellent. They answer phone calls live. An extremely pleasant and knowledgeable lady answers the phone and you get the sense that she loves her occupation to say the least. Scheduling is effortless. I have used this company a few times so I may be a little biased. Service is always kick ass. They use a state of the art truck mounted machine no matter how small the project. They have cleaned my mattress - car seats - sofas and carpets. Everything dries rapidly and they specialize in water damage cleanup. Its nice to receive old fashioned courtesy and service!!! Salute to the champs. read more

I can't say enough good things about this couch cleaning service! From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and so worth it. Scheduling was easy, they arrived right on time, and were incredibly friendly and respectful of my home. My couch looks brand new, I honestly didn't realize how much dirt and pet hair had built up until they worked their magic. They took their time on the tough spots and even got out a few old stains I thought were permanent. The whole place smells fresh and clean now, without any strong chemical scent. They worked with me on pricing which was great I really appreciated it especially in this economy, the service was top-notch, and the results blew me away. If you're thinking about getting your furniture cleaned, don't hesitate!this is the company to call. Highly recommend! read more

I needed a quick and thorough cleaning of a couch that had been trashed by a very hostile roomate. I called on a Saturday and Carpet Gigs booked an appointment for the next day! Kevin arrived on time and ready to go. I couldn't even tell him WHAT the stains on the couch were but he assured me that when he was done, the couch would be CLEAN and sanitized. I felt like he treated me like a family member, not just a customer. Then he got to work. He was professional and explained what he was doing. He took extra time in the areas with the worse stains. Afterwards, he made sure to mop up the wet spots on the floor. The couch was dry enough to sit on in about 3 hours (with my fan running to help). Now the couch looks brand new and thanks to Carpet Gigs, I will not have to replace it!! Wonderful experience. read more

Well to start they were move than accommodating price wise . They were very punctual . They fit me in the next morning which was perfect because I'm single mom & I work A LOT& the next day was my day off . It was between getting a new couch or trying to salvage my couch . If you have pets which I do(multiple) you deal with the hair, inevitable pee stains ,etc you know the struggle when you're on a budget . The couches smell great, they look great. They were very professional & helpful. And also they weren't judging at all, I know they probably tend to see a lot of stuff & well having someone clean something of yours can really make you feel self conscious . Not these guys they were terrific! I will be booking a follow up appointment for another round of services!! read more

Had an awesome experience with this company and wanted to leave a review because they really went above and beyond. I talked with Kevin when I called in and he made everything super easy. Getting me scheduled fast with no back and forth or waiting days. Donte and Percy came out to do the cleaning and they were great. Super friendly, on time, and you could tell they actually knew what they were doing. They worked quick but still did a really clean job. My sofa looks basically new again and the carpet is way fresher. The difference was crazy. Overall, just really smooth service and good people. Fair prices, quick dispatch, and high quality work. Definitely recommend, and shoutout to Kevin for getting everything lined up and to Donte & Percy for killing the job. read more

My dogs destroyed my carpet and my in-laws were coming in 2 days!! I needed a miracle... FAST. Thats why I was so relieved when Kevin was able to come help me that very same morning. He arrived on time and after taking a look at the work, we agreed on a price that was generous of him. I had priced around and was very happy with the deal I got. He was polite and professional. He explained the process with me and was honest about possible results. One room was so bad I couldn't go in there but he was able to get the smell out completely!! I have used this company several times as I did once again today. They have done carpets and mattresses for me and my family and friends. They communicate, are timely, have fit me in countless times on short notice, are very professional, friendly, and work very hard. The quality of work is exceptional and they get the job done with no games or frills. Price points are very competitive if not better than other companies. I feel like other companies once they arrive bait and switch to go up on the price but not this company. In the future I will not be calling or referring anyone else for the job other than Carpet Gigs! read more

Honestly , I think the bad reviews on this company are deleted because I just had a terrible experience with this company. I'm a very reasonable person and usually don't complain over minor things. Today I got someone come to my house to clean the inside of my car and they left it almost the same. Parts of the seats are legit just as dirty or even worst. I decided to get a professional cleaning because I knew I wouldn't be able to leave it completely clean but these people didn't do a great job either. They charged us $150 for a half asses job. Sorry but I won't be recommending to anyone. Save your money. read more

Kevin and his team were great from the start! Setting up the appointment was a breeze, as was the communication leading up to the service. He showed up with 2 other guys. They got right to work on a pretty battered sofa. We were dealing with some cat pee on part of our sectional. Kevin and team stopped to ask where we were finding the smell so they could place the deodorizer in spots they found and where we indicated. The whole team was professional, friendly, and most importantly did a great job! Couldn't ask for a fresher looking and now smelling sofa. Thank you again Kevin and team! read more

Donte showed up to look at the job, got my price and was able to do the job right away. The process was simple and I was able to get my couch cleaned the same day. Kevin saved the day, he was able to squeeze me in at the end of a long day after another company canceled on me last minute. He responded fast, communicated throughout the day about his exact arrival time, was prompt and gave me a very fair price for the rooms, that reflected his estimate ranges over the phone. He even worked fast because he knew I had to leave the house. Really cannot thank you enough Kevin, and will point my friends to you! read more

Carpet Gigs helped bring my furniture and rug back to life after being in storage for 2 years. I called, got a quote, set an appointment time, and paid a deposit. I was a little reluctant to give the deposit over the phone, but was very pleased when Kevin showed up at the scheduled time ready to get started. He and Donte worked on my sectional sofa, recliner, ottoman, and area rug. I'm very pleased with their work and will use them again. read more
