Quick to respond when booking! A little hard to get ahold of to actually pay (oddly enough haha). I did end up being able to pay him, and he did a GREAT job cleaning my baby's rug in her nursery. Highly recommend. read more

We've had John come to clean our couch twice now and each time it has looked brand new! We stupidly bought a white couch in Jan 2023 even though we have a big dog and two kids. It's in our living room and we live on this couch every day. We've contemplated just getting a different couch because it gets dirty so quickly even though we splurged on it. John has completely saved it each time he's come. He does an excellent job at a great price. I highly recommend Carpet Cleaning Time! read more

There is a reason these guys have stellar reviews. They showed up when they said, John was super friendly, he spent a ton of time treating all the stains before cleaning, and did an absolute bang up job for a reasonable price. The pictures speak for themselves. This is after 5 years of abuse from kids and work-at-home parents and the carpets look new again. Would absolutely use them again in a heartbeat. read more

I would take a picture of my carpet but that's boring... my house looks like a brand new place. You would be amazed how dirty your carpets get, especially if you have the kind of household that wear shoes inside. Fortunately, my house hold does not wear shoes but still the carpet needed some attention. I did my quick run through the house and I swear I'm in a brand new house. Andrew, did such a great job and he was so friendly and nice. The other thing was that he was very communicative and prompt which is key in my book. We all have very busy lives and when you are able to keep your commitments, that is a plus in my book. Definitely recommend him for your carpet services and I will definitely use him again! read more

I hired Carpet Cleaning Time to clean my Room & Board feather sofa (normal wear and tear plus pet stains). They were affordable, flexible with scheduling, able to provide cleaning in an apartment (no road access), and got my sofa looking new again in about two hours. I highly recommend them for upholstery cleaning. -- Planning -- I contacted Carpet Cleaning Time through Yelp directly. They responded very quickly (about an hour) and were great at communicating with me through the entire process. They were able to schedule me (based on our mutual availability) in under a week. -- Service -- Carpet Cleaning Time helped me with some normal wear and tear and noticeable pet stains (which I was unable to get rid of myself with store bought cleaners) on a 10 foot feather sofa. They brought a portable cleaning machine ($20 extra) and their eco-friendly cleaners, requiring only water access to power. They were very professional throughout the whole process (wore shoe booties/covers and a mask). The technician was very friendly and social (I was working from home and had to be in the same room). They cleaned the sofa (both sides of all cushions and pillows + the couch frame itself) in about 2 hours and I'm very happy with the results. The stubborn pet stains are all gone and it looks generally much less worn. -- Cost -- The cost for cleaning a 10ft sofa was about $150, plus a $20 fee for requiring the use of a portable cleaning machine (due to no road access), and gratuity. They were able to accept cash, credit cards (Square), Zelle, and Venmo. -- Stars -- Service/Quality: 3/3 Stars Cost: 1/1 Stars Scheduling/Quoting: 1/1 Stars Total: 5/5 Stars read more

I called around to a few other places before I decided on Carpet Cleaning Time. From the phone service, price, and availability I decided to have Carpet Cleaning clean my carpet before Christmas. Their communication was A+ !! Within 30 minutes of getting off the phone with secretary who scheduled my cleaning I received a text confirming my appointment. John, The Carpet Cleaner also communicated effectively by texting me 15 minutes prior to arrival. John was respectful my property and gave me an honest answer to "Will the slime and playdoh stains come out?" I was not overcharged. Communication is key for me and recommend Carpet Cleaning Time. read more

Great price, great communication and good service. I hired them to clean 2 rooms + a flight of stairs. I made the appointment on Yelp and the day before the appointment, I found out I need to be in office for a meeting. I called them and they were able to use my smart lock code to get in and do it themselves. Again, wonderful communication and honestly one of the best prices... Although everything is so expensive these days... Oh well. Highly recommended. read more

Highly recommend! Responsive when booking, professional, got stains out of our couch, and super friendly.

I can't say enough GREAT things about John... 1. He offered the best price of all the quotes I received. 2. He called ahead to say he could arrive early, and was understanding when I informed him I'd actually be arriving late. 3. He provides quality service and is an incredibly friendly person. 4. He was also unbelievably kind and graciously understanding when I made the egregious and humiliating mistake of blaming him for taking a package I had misplaced (and later found). All of the 5-Star reviews are well earned and well deserved. Do not hesitate in hiring John for all your carpet cleaning needs! read more

This guy gets it. Our couches are looking brand new. We've got velvet Kelly green furniture that has to compete with kids, pets and sleepovers etc. The tech you get is the owner of the company and he did way more than just a spot clean. I sent out a quote request to a variety of carpet cleaning companies through Yelp. Andrew was the first to reply (within minutes) and came through with the best price too. He didn't have many Yelp reviews but given his promptness and professionalism in his replies I decided to give him a chance. I'm so glad I did! Scheduling was a breeze and Andrew even showed up early. He is very friendly and went above and beyond in answering my specific questions. He helped me move some furniture and made sure to clean every crevice of carpeting. He does a great job and was an absolute pleasure to work with. He took his time (2 hours for four rooms) with industrial grade equipment that produces real results. I will use him again in the future and highly recommend you do too! read more

It always feels great to have "a guy" for something. I have found my "upholstery cleaning guy." He took great care of my furniture, and explained all the steps he was taking to get the cat pee out of my couch. He got it dryer by the end than I'd ever seen, and there was almost no lingering cleaner smell. And I thought his rates were very reasonable. I'll call him every time and recommend him to anyone. read more

And, to top it all off, an unbelievably fair (low) price for the job compared to other companies I've used in the past. Andrew is the real deal. He takes pride is his work, is personable, and charges the right amount. Five stars only because I can't give more. read more

All the reviews are 100% spot on and I'm so glad I didn't look any further. Andrew was incredibly responsive. I called him and he answered right away. I talked through what we were looking to get done and he was able to give me a very reasonable quote right away. He followed up immediately after with a text confirming his quote as well his availability. With two clicks, I was able to reserve my date/time. Andrew arrived at 9:30 am and got right to work. My husband and I had already removed all the furniture and vacuumed to ensure he had as easy a time as possible. He was able to get rid of all the spots and made the house feel fresh. He also added an additive to the high traffic areas to ensure future cleanings would be easy. All in, he was able to get our two bedroom condo done in an hour and a half. Andrew also provided great guidance on what was needed to ensure the carpet would dry in a timely manner. Because of his advice, our home was back in good order that night. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone. If you're still shopping around, just stop. Even if you do find a cheaper rate, it probably will not match up to Andrew's quality. Wish I had done a before and after photo because I'm truly blown away by how fresh my home looks. I look forward to working with him again next year. read more
