Andrew is fantastic. I could not have been more pleased with his service on my condo's two rooms of wall-to-wall carpeting. He was able to book within a couple of days of my contacting him, his quoted rate was excellent, he arrived within the window of when he said he would, he was very communicative (by text). And most importantly, he did a superb job cleaning my carpet, going out of his way to remove a stubborn stain. I asked him about unwrinkling the carpet; he came back 2 days later and did a terrific job on that as well, for a reasonable price. I recommend him very highly. read more

Carpet Cleaning Time - After - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

See all

Had 10am appointment to clean 4 bedrooms and stairs. No show by 10:35 and no phone call. So called but had to leave message. Got text back at 11:10 that just finishing job but drive would have been at least 35 min as I do this every week since I knew where he was. so most likely not actually starting til noon. so not enough time for carpet to dry before family home, even with heat turned up. Cancelled this and a second place to be done in January and will not reschedule. read more

I needed to have carpet and furniture cleaned. After reading good reviews and getting a reasonable estimate, I decided to go with Andrew. He worked with me on my limited time schedule, and cleaned the carpets. Only then, when I had to leave, and was having a friend stay til he was finished, did he tell me that he didn't want to clean the furniture in the house because he was worried about water damaging our old wood floors. He actually offered to come back the next day with someone to help him carry everything outside to clean! Aside from the fact that it would have been very difficult, even for 2 men, to carry our large sofa and chair outside, I wasn't free to be there that day. That is something that should have been discussed BEFORE scheduling, especially since there are many houses with wood floors in Seattle! It can't be the first time it's come up. So I cancelled the furniture cleaning and need to find someone else to do that on another day. If money is tight and you have a very basic carpet cleaning need, Andrew is your guy - he's very nice. read more

Great service at a fair price. I appreciate the easy communication and fair quote for the job. They arrived on time, responded to our inquiries and requests regarding the area to be cleaned and did a very good job cleaning the carpet. BTW: I was aware of previous reviews regarding disturbing conversations some clients had with the owner. I called him and discussed this beforehand, agreeing to only carpet conversation. I was satisfied with the professionalism of our interactions and the adherence to Covid safety precautions. read more
