John did a great job cleaning the carpets for our entire first floor (three rooms plus a hallway). This is very old carpet in not very good shape, but John brought new life into it, erasing years-old grease stains that I thought would never come out. One stain (coffee) didn't come all the way out, but John was clear in communicating in advance that it might not, and he was still able to lighten the stain quite a bit. Just had Andrew clean my carpet (4 bedrooms and hallway). His company had great reviews on Yelp and we had just had a major puppy disaster. Andrew and his helper did an awesome job. The spots were completely removed and all the rooms look great! (I was worried I was going to have to replace a large piece of the carpet but that worry is gone.) When he arrived, Andrey told me that I had overestimated the square footage of carpet and he had quoted me too much, telling me he would knock the price down accordingly. Couldn't have hired a better company. Booked between 5P and 8P and John arrived at 515P. Professional, funny and you could tell he cared. He did a walk through and even cleaned behind the doors. I got 2 rooms, a hallway and stairs for less than I would have paid SS. Plus the drying time was shorter, the carpet smelled good with some eco friendly products. I scheduled Andrew to clean the carpets to prepare a home to sell, and he delivered top-notch service at every level: timely communication, on time arrival, thorough cleaning, and affordable rates, no bait and switch tactics. He delivered exactly what was promised and then some. He also alerted me to the possibility of a serious issue inside the house, which I appreciated since the home is vacant. Very conscientious. He initially quoted an estimate by phone given the area and description of the job, and he let me know that the estimate may change after he sees the carpeting and areas in person. He informed me that he would tell me before he started the work once he arrived, and he communicated as he said he would. I was aware that the carpet was dirty and had stains and pet odors, and I expected that the rate may change in relation to the additional work needed to clean it. It did not. He charged me the same as the initial estimate, which was very affordable for an area of that size. I often hear "you get what you pay for". Honestly, I got much more than I paid for, and the quality of the work and service is excellent. I will definitely recommend Andrew and Carpet Cleaning Time, and use them for future projects.
