On Wednesday, a house guest of mine accidently stained my brand new carpet with candle wick soot. The guest frantically rubbed it in and mistakenly doused the stain with concentrated stain solution in an attempt to remove it, but only managed to make it 10 times worse. I tried to remove the stain using my Bissell spot bot and Bissell upright carpet cleaner, but it didn't do a thing. I called Andrew that afternoon and asked if he could take a look at a candle wick soot stain. He asked if it was urgent and I said he could come by anytime. He scheduled to come by Thursday (the very next day). I thought I was getting an estimate, but when he came he was prepared. He took a look at the stain and said it would be $75 to remove the stain. If he was unsuccessful, he wouldn't charge me anything. Can you believe that?! I've never heard of this kind of service! I was really appreciative, but still skeptical that the stain could be removed at all. The whole process took less than thirty minutes. When he was finished, I was amazed. It was all gone!!! I was so impressed with his quick response time, professionalism, service, cost, everything!!! I decided to ask for a quote for my entire house! This is by far the best service I've ever experienced.
