I requested a quote to clean the carpets in our downtown condo. Andrew was the first to respond and quoted me a great price. He was really easy to schedule with and was able to clean our carpets within just two days, which was fantastic. He arrived on time and used his mobile water extraction cleaner, since in tall buildings they cannot typically use their regular cleaning machine used for most properties. He finished the job in just an hour and a half which was pleasantly quick! Ahead of time, I had sent him a few pictures of some dark spots around the edges of my carpet that I was most concerned with removing. Andrew was very knowledgeable, explaining that this type of stain commonly occurs in rooms where the airflow into the room is greater than the airflow out of the room, which results in the carpet edges acting like a sort of filter. Evidently, this process causes these dark stains around the edges of the carpet. Because he was familiar with this type of staining, Andrew warned me that this would likely not come out in the cleaning. After the cleaning, the carpet looked very nice, although indeed, the edge stains did not come out. Nevertheless, I appreciated his knowledge and honesty ahead of time. He also gave us great info about certain types of carpets that would be easiest to clean for the future when we inevitably replace the carpet. This info was super helpful. Thanks, Andrew! read more

I just used Andrew at Carpet Cleaning Time today. He came with in the timeframe that he had scheduled and he did a wonderful job. They don't move your furniture but he did slide things around that were easily movable. He pre-treated the spots, which I called stains, and it appears they were all removed. In the past I've used one of the big companies and the carpet severely buckled. This didn't happen as he explained he suctioned out the water twice to help prevent it.
