I scoured Yelp and was impressed with the reviews that Samuel received! Many of the reviews were very detailed, and Samuel took the time to respond to the majority of the reviews. Samuel's attention to detail was spot on, because the finished product is truly impressive. Besides just dirt from wear and tear, there was also dog urine, as well as the build up from other products that people spilled. See the attached photos and you be the judge. Thanks again!

My Fellow Elite and Yelpers,…read more When we purchased our home, BHS Cleaning was at the top of our list to do the cleaning. We were aware that the realtors did a "cleaning" for staging and prior to our purchase, however, we wanted to make sure the carpets were cleaned thoroughly before we moved in. Bob did an excellent job on our two-story home and he even put up guards to ensure that the hose did not damage our walls. Which he explained to me before he started to do the work. He also took the time to explain what he would be doing, so we could be aware of what he was doing during the process of the carpet cleaning. We found that to be very useful as many cleaners don't take the time to educate their customers, they just throw some stuff down and start running a machine; so this was an excellent plus in our eyes. He also was aware that we had a family and pets, and ensured the cleaning solution(s) he was using was safe for all of us. Whether you need your home or office cleaned, Bob at BHS Cleaning is who you want to call. He's professional, does excellent work in a timely fashion, at affordable pricing. You won't be disappointed. Give them a call.

I liked that it was a family-owned company in the area and being the daughter of a former small business owner, I like to patronize local small businesses if I can. I called and scheduled an appointment a week out and was told my technician would call when on the way. Sure enough, I got a call this morning at the beginning of my appointment window letting me know that Brandon would be to my house in about 30 mins. Brandon showed up and was polite and professional. He did a great job answering my questions and provided me with what I believe to be a reasonable price for my job. Once I agreed to the price, he setup his tools making sure to protect the corners of my hallways with big, orange, plastic guards - which I really appreciated. He was efficient and focused and my carpets look great. Before leaving, he gave me a couple of shoe protectors in case I need to walk on the wet carpet, which I have already used twice and really appreciate. I would recommend this business and will use again in the future.

Dean is most personable, friendly and does the fastest, most thorough job. Did I also mention that it takes Dean half the time that it took these other companies to do the same job ? I was given a two hour time frame from 8 - 10 AM. However, on Day 1: the company was a no-show. I was told that they were on their way in the last 6 minutes of the 2-hour window when I was no longer available. Day 2: the crew arrived early but said that they didn't know that I had stairs inside. They scraped my stairs and left them scuffed with the color having been stripped or chipped off, and they also stained my carpet. I have before and after pictures and the stains were clearly caused by their machine. The crew also told me that they had to use a different machine because the first one they tried grabbed/pulled the carpet up. I called and texted the manager and 1800# for an entire month, and no one has responded or followed-up at all, which is disappointing. My carpet remains stained, floors/stairs damaged and the carpet literally stinks!
