Please do not use this company as your rental/property management company. I spoke with the broker in charge, Doug Davis of Caron B Realty, asking for a copy of an addenda to a rental contract that is dated August 2019. I have the entire packet minus one document. I was told they did not have that addenda (Property Condition Report) in their files. Because too many years have gone by and they do not keep documents for that long. What??? How can a RE company not keep records? It has only been 4 years. Mr. Davis then proceeded to tell me I lost the property condition report. Okay, Mr. Davis please send me a copy, from your records, to complete my files as I originally requested. I was at a crossroads regarding a property and asked for their advice on it. Caron and staff were very generous offering ideas, alternatives and actual ballpark prices. I received a folder with printouts of info on my property and with surrounding neighbor properties. I was extremely impressed. They also handle rental management, too. Although I did not sell the property, the attitude and complimentary information helped me feel good about this one decision for now and will consider them if I plan on doing any future real estate plans. They are a husband and wife company with a fellow team of realtors. The reason I first picked them was that I noticed a lot of their property for sale signs where I go and what improvements they did to those properties. Aloha, I just want to warn people about having this company represent you as a Property Management company, and the terrible service we got from them. The Owner's husband Doug Davis was supposed to be in charge of handling the property to be rented out. He understood our goals as a client was to sell our downtown condo. He told my Mother that he had to rent the condo out with a 12 month rental contract, instead of a 6 month lease. So we had to wait for the tenant to move out, in order to prepare it for sale. In the meantime my Mother had some health problems, which forced me to take over. When I tried to contact Doug Davis, there was a lot of passing off the responsibility to his property managers. That is when I found out that they were supposed to be handling some fixes around the unit that was supposed to be done months ago. Since they knew my Mother's health problems, they did nothing. Caron B Realty also represented us as a realtor as well. It took them months on end to try to sell the unit. So we finally decided to give them a few months to try to sell it, and if we didn't get any offers we would move on to another realtor. With about a month to go before we changed, Doug calls us and tells us we can move on. They didn't even try the last month claiming that having the tenant in the unit was making it impossible to sell. Every time I tried to call them to get information about the property they keep blaming each other and passing me around to talk to someone else. Long story short it was a terrible experience with them. I feel like they took advantage of my Mom and her health problems. They did nothing as far as representing us as a property management company except collect their portion of the monthly rent. They also failed to generate any offers from potential buyers. I would never trust Caron, period. She cold-called my residence this morning 5/8/18 after the listing expired with the previous listor. When I asked her how she got my private landline number, she said she "don't know." Huh? I asked again repeatedly, and she maintained that she "don't know." What? In what world would that be even remotely believable? I asked one final time, giving her yet another opportunity to tell me how she got my number. Her tone then changed completely, and she said she was ending the phone call, and that I had been very rude to her. WOW. read more

If I could give them less than a 1 star rating I would, I rented one of their units for over two years, was never late on a payment, dealt with old malfunctioning utilities but never complained. In early 2020 my wages were cut by 60% and I asked for some assistance and the owner provided it. A few months later I lost my job due to covid and asked them for assistance and refused, I could have done what many others did but I didn't, I paid my full rent. In March of this year I was able to find a job after six months of being unemployed, unfortunately it meant moving. I gave the realtor six weeks notice that I was leaving and she did nothing, even worse she was given leads that she declined to follow up on. To make matters worse they kept my security deposit saying that I owed back rent, which was a lie. If you have a choice do not rent or buy anything from this group, their word means nothing. read more

My girlfriend and I just got great deal on a new home in Punchbowl. Our agent, Jessica White is simply phenomenal. At every step in the process she put in extra effort to make sure that we get were happy with our negotiations and got exactly what we wanted. In our case, we wanted a property at an extremely low price that was in good condition and right in town (obviously not easy!). After taking down the details of what we were looking for, Jessica emailed us a number of options with full pictures and descriptions as well as a cost analysis to compare the homes against each other. This allowed us to narrow our search so that we didn't waste time driving around checking out un-desirable homes. Jessica is up to date with what is available and was able to find homes that my internet RE.com and Zillow searches failed to find. She also would call me if something just popped up so that we could check it out before they did an open house. She's really a go-getter high-energy type of agent. She is also very friendly and wonderful to talk to when scoping out houses. I always looked forward to seeing her! When we found our home in Punchbowl there were a number of difficult interactions we had to do in order to get the price down. Jessica fought hard for us to get a great deal which resulted in our final purchase price to be about a third LESS than the appraised value. Our banker almost couldn't believe the numbers. It was a long process but at every step of the way she took incredible care to ensure that we understood all the details and ensured we were happy with what was happening. Most importantly she always responded immediately to any questions (usually within seconds by text), and started working on our next request immediately.
