She takes all the time you want to go over ever detail of medications, lab results, general health issues. She is very proactive when it comes to dealing with any issue that you present. The friend who referred me to Dr. Ng literally owes her life to Dr. Ng who diagnosed in very early stages cancer of her kidney, and who is now completely recovered and healthy. You can call her any time of day or night and you get HER, not her exchange. She gives you email and cell phone. The best medical treatment I have ever found. If you go to see her and engage her as your doctor, please tell her that Robert Earhart referred you. And, send me an email at earhartr@aol.com to let me know if you have any questions or how things go. You will do yourself the best favor ever to make Dr. Ng your doctor for life!

I think it's pretty cool that she has medical students in her practice and she has them come in first to see what's going on, then she comes in with them to teach them, as well as to care for me. (They ask if they can come in prior to doing so, and will respect your request to not come in if you don't want them in the room).

See below for email sent. That's insane! These doctor just want your money and insurance money. I left this place for another doctor that's available and the office answers their phone. However, the problem was after my visit. Horrible communication with the doctor's office staff. They kept calling my mom's cellphone number for my blood test results and for ultrasound appointment. I never heard back about my ultrasound results and I never got my skin cream that the doctor said she was going to give me. I asked for it again the second time I visited the office too (for forms). Also, you have to call at least 10 times to talk to someone on the phone and I waited 2 months for my appointment. Overall, doctor was sweet and informative, but lack of follow through with office staff + doctor, made me not want to back.

While it's true that this dr. appeared mild mannered and kind, he really caused a lot of problems…read moreat my work because of his inability to give me another day off for my condition. I went to see him and the next day found I needed another day to recover & no matter how many times I called to explain why I needed another note for one more day, he was not accommodating and he was difficult. This was very surprising. I had told him how much stress I'd suffered and he agreed, writing in his voluminous notes that I had acute stress! The end result is that he only caused more stress and great monetary loss in a very difficult time in my life. BECAUSE of the stress and physical issues in my life, I will heretofore never forget this memory! His kindness in person was severely belied by his inflexibility and dismissiveness out of sight. I DON'T KNOW WHAT THE BIG DEAL IS GIVING A PERSON ONE MORE EXTRA DAY OF REST AND REPAIR. Again, it was a double whammy resulting in added worry and stress I didn't need because without a doctors note I lose money, and without the money that I get from my work, everything in my entire life falls apart. Not that it mattered to him.
