The large juicy chicken chunks on the top are delicious and it only gets better from there. The plantains were especially excellent, with a good sweetness and soft in the center. My husband got a gigantic sandwich and said the meat was good quality. The square itself is neat too (shaded benches, plenty of historical stuff to read, loud music on the speakers) if you happen to find them at the same location. Their actual restaurant is a Buffalo legend, putting out half decent chicken parms at sky high prices, and a lot of other bland Americanized Italian food with some absolutely horrendous snooty servers and a lot of corrupt politicians and lawyers dining there every lunch time. Without the politicians and the snoot, there's really nothing left. The food's not that great, and from the truck it tastes a little more bland, if anything. I have nothing specifically against Chef's, and they get 3 stars for being a family owned place and trying to get in on the food truck scene.
