People usually go to restaurants to have the cooks prepare the food for them and, unless you're at a Korean BBQ, most costumers expect the food to arrive at the table, "ready-to-eat". Combined with the poor planning, inadequate staffing, and complete lack of accountability, the experience fell far short of professional catering standards.
