Have not been here in years, but came for early dinner because I had to pick up my order of 6 pounds of link sweet Italian sausage. I was told by relatives it is very close to Garofalo's sausage which we loved for decades. Sausage is made to order so you must call ahead. Hot and sweet sausage in link form or loose are offered. The Pasta Fagiole which we had in place of salads tasted like homemade with a full bodied rich broth. Little pieces of sausage added flavor. The grated cheese they serve is better than most find in restaurants. The fresh bread was below average because it had a soft crust like a loaf of American. Cold glasses of Perroni hit the spot on this hot day! Husband had the Baked Ziti and took half home. He said the tomato sauce was excellent. I had the Broccoli Rabe over Spaghetti tossed in flavorful good quality olive oil. The rabe was cooked perfectly, tender but slightly crunchy and spicy from the right amount of red pepper flakes. Delicious. Chris, our server, was excellent. She competently covered the restaurant and front desk at 4:15 pm on a Tuesday. She was efficient and friendly. Looking forward to tasting the sausage grilled and in sauce.

I've driven by this place a million times over the past 25 years and never tried it until the other night. I will say the woman was very pleasant at the register and my pizza was ready in time. The place is in serious need of some updating but for getting take out it doesn't really matter. I bought 2 large pizzas which cost me about $35 for one sausage and one white broccoli. The pizzas were probably about 16" so they were an average sized large and they were just ok. I will say the broccoli pizza had a decent amount of toppings but the sausage was very skimpy. The crust was on the harder side and not very good. I'm sad to say I probably will go back to just driving by it again for the next 25 years.

I've only had Carm's take out pizza and their meatball subs, but they are authentic and delicious.

The owners were there the entire evening, personally overseeing everything and checking on our table several times to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. That level of care and attention is something you don't find everywhere. The menu is incredible, with so many tempting options that I already know I'll have to come back multiple times to work my way through it! Everything is made fresh from scratch, and you can truly taste the difference. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Salad, and it was so good that I completely forgot to take a picture before digging in! To drink, I had not one, but TWO Razzleberry Sparkling Lemonades, made with Tito's Handmade Vodka, lemonade, muddled blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries, topped with Prosecco. They were absolutely delicious and dangerously easy to drink! Two of my friends ordered Mojitos, and they were beautiful, refreshing, and looked absolutely delicious. My husband ordered the Shrimp Ravioli, and in his words, it was "excellent" and trust me, he's not easy to impress when it comes to food! He finished his meal with the tiramisu, which was fresh, flavorful, and the perfect ending to the evening. Two of our friends enjoyed the Shepherd's Pie. It was originally intended as a St. Patrick's Day special, but it became so popular that they've added it to the regular menu permanently. After hearing the rave reviews at our table, I can see why! Another friend ordered the Slammin' Piggy Tacos and couldn't stop talking about how good they were. Our other friend had the Jerk Shrimp Tacos and loved those as well. For dessert, I chose the Chocolate Pie, which was absolutely delightful and the perfect sweet ending to a fantastic meal. One thing I especially appreciated was how accessible the restaurant is. It is completely handicapped accessible, which can sometimes be difficult to find, and there is a convenient parking lot right next door that makes getting in and out easy. If you're looking for fresh, homemade food prepared by local owners who genuinely care about the quality of every dish they serve, you need to check this place out. We left happy, full, and already talking about what we'll order on our next visit. We'll definitely be back soon because there are still so many items on the menu I can't wait to try!

The only real bummer is that their gorgeous outdoor patio wasn't open because of a prior rainstorm (even though the storm had totally cleared)! In any case, great service, food and brews made for a top notch experience. My kids enjoyed their pizza and chicken tenders, and the chicken tacos were really well made and came with three overstuffed tacos. Druthers has four locations - we've also eaten at their spot in downtown Saratoga. They do a great job and we'd definitely return again if in the area.

Have thought for a while that the food has been going downhill but tonight I feel it was like old times. I was excited to see a new menu item the super Todd burger and it was everything I was hoping it would be. Fantastic! We also tried the Caesar salad pizza as an app out of curiosity and that was unique and amazing. Will definitely be spending some time here this summer!! Only four stars because our server was just ok. My daughter also got ice cold French fries which they corrected. Overall it was a great night.

Since my first experience, I've returned several times over the past year, and each visit has been consistently excellent. The cocktail menu is outstanding, with a great selection of creative drinks. Their espresso martinis have become a favorite for my friends and me during our girls' nights out. The food is just as impressive--the appetizers and entrées are rich, comforting, and full of flavor, with plenty of indulgent, cheesy options that never disappoint. One of my favorite places to dine is the Library at Backstage Pub. It offers a warm, inviting atmosphere that makes every visit feel special. One of the reasons…read moreI kept putting it off was because I thought the menu didn't look much different from the typical pub fare in the area. But after eating there I found they have curated their own unique versions of the classics. We started with an order of 3's company wings which was a mixture of buffalo, garlic parm, and lemon pepper sauces. The sauce was pretty good but I like my wings crispy and these were not. For dinner I got the Backstage burger and upgraded to poutine fries. Now I'm not the biggest fan of a traditional poutine but I wanted to try it anyway because it looked good. The burger was cooked perfectly and the beef they use is very good. The poutine fries were enormous and apparently only half the size of a full order. If you like poutine you'll probably be into them but I thought the gravy was a little thick and not that flavorful and the cheese curds didn't melt as much as I would have liked. The real sleeper hit though was the Mac & Cheese. I wasn't expecting anything special and was pleasantly surprised. Definitely would come back for that. When we showed up it wasn't too busy but they were full by the time we left and I got the feeling that reservations are preferred.
