I highly recommend them based on the quality, knowledge & value they provide. Originally, I had my junky old battery replaced with 2 lithium batteries. This summer, I had my leaky broken skylight pulled out & replaced with a much better one. Then, my CO2 detector went dead & they were able to squeeze me in & get that done ASAP. My only regret is I that I didn't originally buy my camper from them. I purchased it at Blue Compass RV in Avondale, AZ. Blue Compass has been a nightmare to deal with every step of the way which is why I am no longer willing to work with them. Thank you Keith's! So grateful to have found your business. I see myself coming back to you for all my camper hiccups.

I've been bringing my Mazda CX-9 here for regularly…read morescheduled maintenance for around three years now or so, and they've really dropped the ball the last few times. The first issue was that about a year ago, I got my car back and they did something totally weird to the driver's side armrest. It had three major indentations in it, like they rested something very heavy on it. I should have called them immediately, but I was leaving for vacation and by the time I got back, I just let it slide. But the arm rest remains lumpy and uncomfortable. My fault though for not calling em' on it as soon as I saw the damage. The second time, however, was just last week and boo on them again. Did the comprehensive service where they inspect everything and perform what needs to be done. The work costs a ton, they're very expensive but I like my car and trusted them. Anyway, two weeks after the service, the red engine coolant light comes on. I call Mazda, they say don't drive it, have the car towed in immediately and they can have it repaired in five weeks, as that's their next opening. That's obviously not going to work, so I search the web. Turns out, there really wasn't an issue, save for the fact that the engine coolant reservoir was completely empty! I ran down to AutoZone, bought a $10 bottle of coolant and refilled it. It's not leaking, there's no crack. They simply forgot to check the coolant and let it run out. Well, damn...that's what I'm paying you guys big bucks (like at least $280 per service, often much more) to do. And you fail at this one simple task and still have the nerve to say my car can't be addressed for another month and a half?!? No f'ing way. Off to find another shop here in town that actually cares for their customers.
