My new "used" car!
Miranda B.

They state they inspect the vehicle, but my vehicle was not inspected. I thought they had rectified the problem (vehicle was supposed to have been inspected by CarMax); but I no longer trust this company with my vehicle. There's a 90 day warranty - but if the company is intent on not being transparent with you (the customer) - what's the point?

This is me with my new car.

Today we purchased a Lincoln Costair. We first looked at a Honda Acura but it didn't have all the bells and whistles I was looking for - such as heated steering wheel and cooled sears. we were working with Gregg Slade . He was friendly, competent and knowledgeable. We left there with smiles on our faces. We will recommend this business to others.

For your own safety, please, DO NOT come here. I would give negative stars if I could. My husband financed a car here and purchased every package available from insurance to warranty. He was sold a car with a re-tread tire that unraveled while we were commuting. This literally shredded the computer and totaled the car. His insurance at the time, suggested by Carmax, did not tow it and we had to use one of my AAA roadside assistance calls for my car that I owned. Once we were towed there, the girl at the front desk was incredibly nasty to us and told us we must have hit something (we were driving on a straight road with no obstructions) and the tire just combusted. You can also see from these photos that the rip is clean and right down the seam of the tire- in other words a retread that was never mentioned to us once at purchase. I really regret not fighting this more- as Carmax hit our driving records with "act of nature" and made it difficult to finance another car. They also wanted us to pay $500 out of pocket even with the warranty and full package purchase. We had this car 6 months is all. Avoid this place at all costs!!!

Reached out to the sales associate on Monday. Tuesdays and Thursday.

The experience started off great. They didn't have a car within my budget at the location(Parker,CO), I did some research and found a vehicle at the Denver location. I requested a transfer on March 21st, it took a week to get any sort of update. On March 28th the sales person I was working with informed me there's an issue with the title and the vehicle can not be sold in Colorado. I wonder what was the reason for the lies. I guess buyer beware. Don't waste your time or money with dishonest people

Happy customer with my purchase to the customer service at Carmax in Parker!

Well no shit you didn't install it but maybe have some customer service skills. Don't get me wrong, if you want to be treated nicely when you're buying the car, perfect place for you. As soon as you drive off, good luck. *update* Now the owner has called to basically state "aggression" on my behalf. HA! Frustration and annoyance? Absolutely. It's a massive purchase to not be offered any resolution. Owners words "5 people heard you being aggressive" Well, let us think, you're saying 5 people who are interested parties are going along with whatever you tell them to? HA! What a complete joke. I forgot to mention an alarm system was sold as being able to do all these wonderful things, called the manufacturer, not one thing true. Lastly, massive key mark on side of passenger door- not once brought up by dealership. After seeing several reviews on here about lemon cars and misleading tactics, I'm not surprised. Buyers beware! If you walk in and tell them it's "fckng ridiculous" it's considered aggression . Good luck fellas. The owner basically called to let me know I should be thankful for them to schedule an appointment to fix a windshield. Good luck if the electrical is now messed up.

I purchased a 2019 Honda Accord Sport from Denver Auto Mart, and unfortunately, my experience has…read morebeen extremely disappointing. Just a few days after driving the car off the lot, every warning light on the dashboard came on and the car stalled. I immediately contacted the dealership and spoke with the manager, Paul, who told me to bring the car back and assured me they would take care of it. After inspecting the vehicle, I was told it had misfires and fuel injector issues. They claimed the issue was fixed, but just a few months later, the exact same problem occurred again. This time, I spoke with Nate at Denver Auto Mart. He said it was related to a previous recall completed by the former owner and suggested that defective parts may have been used. He advised me to take the car to a Honda dealership. I followed their advice, only to be shocked when Honda diagnosed it as a fuel pump issue--with a repair estimate of $1,600. I've owned this car for less than a year and have driven it only about 6,000 miles. I believe Denver Auto Mart was aware of these issues prior to the sale and simply chose not to disclose them. This entire experience has been frustrating and disheartening. I expected honesty and integrity from a dealership, but instead, I feel misled and stuck with an expensive repair on a car I trusted was in good condition. Please use extreme caution when purchasing from this dealership--better yet, stay away from this place. In my opinion, customer care and trust are not their priorities.

I bought an explore from here in June. On the test drive they had me make a loop of all right hand…read moreturns and things seemed fine. the car had few defects but it was used and all seemed fine so I bought it. On the way home when I turned left the front end would make a popping sound and the check engine light came on 30 miles after I left. When I got home it was also leaking oil. I let Automart know as soon as I got home what was going on and they told me to take it to someone I trusted and get a quote and to see what was wrong. I did so and it was going to cost 1600. I let automart know and they said I could bring it back to them or they would give me $800 dollars because supposedly that is what their shop would do it for. I live 3 hours away and that explore wasn't going to make it back that far. I took the 800 and paid out of pocket for the rest. We are almost 5 months into this thing, and we got the front end figured out but I am over 5 grand into this check engine light, and ford still can't figure it out. I did find out the front end has been repainted and that the motor that is in it now is not the original motor. So even though supposedly it had a clean car fax I am starting to think that it was wrecked at some point. I am 5 months in and very upside down on this vehicle. It is now getting colder and the heater isn't working so that is another thing I have to have fixed. I have let them know all of this and haven't heard anything back. If you made it this far in the review, just go somewhere else. This has been the worst car buying and car experience I have ever had. They will probably comment saying to contact them, which I have so they can help resolve the issue. And I never hear anything back from them. This place is a joke.

Brown to see what they could do and when I got there no one was at the reception desk (I did not make an appointment or anything) and a guy named Macy Marsh saw that I was in need and came out to see how he could help. Mind you I had no appointment, I just dropped in. So I told him what I was looking for in a jeep and he said to give him a little while and he would see what he could do. That same night he texted saying not only did he find one but that it had all the extras too and if I would be interested. I sure was. And to make a long story short he was able to get me the jeep of my dreams in about 48hrs of me coming in with no appointment. Macy and H.M. Brown really came through for me. Thanks again to all made it possible.

The only time I had to visit their location was to pick up my car and sign a couple papers. This was my first time buying from H M Brown, but now I'm a customer for life.

SUMMARY: Don't waste your time. Has multiple vehicles trying to cater to each user/market segment…read more(with a focus on SUVs) and results in not being able to keep up with customer service as they focus more on attempted volume. PHONE CONTACT: They list their vehicles on multiple websites. I called twice and was 1) put on hold and forgotten then 2) answered then hung up on me. EMAIL CONTACT: They will not reply to their website generated messages. Instead they use Gmail if you email them directly. The emails are a generic form letter response and never answer any questions, nor do they respond back. PRICING: They match local competitor dealer's price for same models, which tells me they are using Car Dealer Pricing Software such as VAuto (that sets the list price to what other similar vehicles are selling for within X miles). This is the lazy way to price niche vehicles, especially if they don't intend to respond. FEES: Colorado is a No Fee Limit state for auto dealerships, which means a car can hypothetically sell for $5,000 off but have a $7,000 "Documentation Fee" or "Handling fee" as another reviewer pointed out. As the pricing for the vehicle I saw was about 20% over market, I don't doubt they likely use this in negotiation tatics (e.g. drop the price 20% but add a 30% dealer fee on top of sale). I ended up buying the same vehicle several states away at $1500 less out the door and drove it home. Was a waste of time ever contacting Arrowhead. NOTE: I was car shopping during the COVID-19 outbreak. As this is a used dealer, they likely get their inventory from auto auctions which have shut down during the COVID-19 pandemic. That means there is less incentive for these guys to lower prices or sell, but they still came off as jerks anyway.
