She'd leased a new Audi and told me that she'd told Nathan what she wanted, and that the car arrived at her home; she signed some paperwork, paid all the fees associated with the car and the lease, (a low enough amount that I asked her to repeat it several times) and then went on her merry way. It sounded amazing, and I wondered if she were leaving out some details because I'd never heard of getting a new car with the zero hassle she was describing. A few months later, we were buying a new car. My parents had researched all the cars in the area that matched what we wanted. We drove to one dealership - far away - and they didn't have the car they said they had. Then they "found it" but it didn't have the clean CarFax they had advertised. We left and headed to the next dealership. We were all in that kind of not-really-bad-but-not-really-good mood that car buying can induce. Then I remembered what my friend had said about Nathan. I texted him asking if he might help us. He texted back immediately with a car that matched exactly what we wanted, at a nearby dealership, and said he knew the salesperson there and to tell her he'd sent us. We arrived at the dealership and looked at the car - it was exactly what we had asked for, and a great car. I was having difficulty getting the right price on my new Audi. I had been dealing with audi of Beverly Hills for weeks and was supposedly going to get a huge discount. I was actually doing most of the work for audi of bh: going online to find the right color, having to give THEM the vin number of an Audi I found which they said wasn't available, and then negotiating on a fair price. It took forever and as soon as audi of bh got the car that I found in, they tried to gouge me on the price! All the while I had been talking to Nathan at AUSSIE AUTO BROKERS and he let me know that if I needed him for anything, he would be available to answer questions. So after Audi of BH gave me a ridiculous price after all of my work, I told Nathan and within DAYS, he had found me another car, had Audi of Santa Monica get it, negotiated a price MUCH BETTER than what I was getting, and had it DELIVERED to my work! He was there with the salesman at my job and supervised the whole transaction and even got them to pay for tinting of my windows! Not only is Nathan super funny but he made the process of leasing my car easier than I thought imaginable. I didn't have to deal with anyone at the dealership, no haggling at any point, nor did I have to wait for anything, try to be bribed, or lift a finger when dealing with anyone of the process. When I first started working with Nathan he was very responsive and great to work with. Before the ink had even dried on the new car lease, however, Nathan quickly proved to be unresponsive and untrustworthy. During the negotiation process, Nathan had promised to have the windows of my new car tinted. After he delivered the car, however, I realized the windows were never tinted and I immediately called him to get that taken care of. I tried calling him several times over the next few days, but he was completely non-responsive. When he finally text me back, he apologized saying he had lent his phone to someone and would take care of the tint. Then silence again. After maybe 20 more phone calls and emails, he responded and said he had forgotten his phone somewhere. This guy was full of ridiculous excuses! After many more texts and phone calls after that, he finally arranged to have my windows tinted. Today, I heard from the tinter that Nathan never paid him. The tinter reached out to Nathan several times for payment, but Nathan was non-responsive. Needless to say, Nathan has ultimately proven to be shady, dishonest and unreliable. read more

Nathan is the best! I was 7 months pregnant, needing to get rid of my Audi A4 convertible and looking for a Q5 to fit my growing family.. Just didn't know where to start.
