I couldn't believe some of my information was still in her system from 2014. My very first physical exam will be conducted in March. Communication is very easy & convenient via their patient portal. All my messages are answered promptly and thoroughly. I'm very pleased & impressed with this system. I am overjoyed to be under her care again. She's very kind and compassionate as before. Her staff is friendly and helpful. I'm so glad that Kathy is still there as she was always so friendly & helpful. I know that Dr. Ocampo will keep me in optimum health as I advance into my senior years.

The staff is so friendly and helpful, especially Kathy and Emma. CARE QUALITY: 10/10 ALL of the staff at the front desk were all pretty young and mature. They are more patient over the phone and in person than most other front desk staff we've been too. They are all nice and beautiful folks. Cameron was a sweet heart who checked our blood pressure... DOCTOR UHLER: 10/10 He came in and just sat down with me and my husband. He really took his time to TALK and get to know us. We didn't feel rushed like most other offices we've been to. I remember spending about 5-15 minutes speaking with other doctors. I mean I understand doctors are busy but, doctor uhler spared at least 45 minutes of his time for us. We both have back problems so we were speaking to the right person. He gave us some referrals for physical therapy, requests for lab work and colonoscopy for my husband... What a GREAT FIND! He was also professionally working with Olympic Champions!! It breaks my heart that I have to come back and update a once glowing testimony about this place…read morebut after being an established patient at this office for primary care I now am being left on a back burner and having my needs ignored. What once felt like a teammate on my side helping me reach my healthcare goals has now become just another form of control over my life keeping me "in my place" and disallowing me from getting what I need to live my best life. Gatekeeping behavior from office staff who shut me down and are rude and abrupt when dealing with me. They put things in my chart that rightly have no place and then when questioned about it my request are outright ignored. They misinterpret my requests and then send me a cold sharp email outlining why they will not assist me with my request even though they openly admit in the email to have misinterpreted my request and are just trying to make my life difficult. Be careful who you trust to take care of you and your family because once they start putting stuff into your medical records its there for forever and there is no correction to their mistakes that rooted in their misinterpretation of the information you provide them. They will then blame you for not having provided true and correct information so I would advise everyone to take your request to this office in writing and only in writing and to always retain a written copy for your own records so they can not do to you what they are doing to me.

I did my best to give the benefit of the doubt that it was just a busy day but I am now on my 5th attempt to contact this office and my hold time today exceed 41 minutes before I gave up. Our 1st telehealth appointment was confusing, Dr. Matta was late, then there were zero instructions on how to obtain scripts for labs. We weren't informed which lab the requests were sent to. Since you can't efficiently get ahold of anyone on the phone this required my husband to make an extra trip to drive across town to find out in person. Now let's chat about the Patient Portal where we messaged the Doctor on February 11th and the office did not return our call/message for A MONTH. 2nd appointment. Our $100 copay was conveniently collected but our appointment time came and went with zero communication from the office. I remained in a hold queue for 30 minutes, about to hang up when a text comes through with a Zoom link. Dinner is now cold, there is zero respect for patient time and I am expected to join this call as if I was not just completely inconvenienced at the cost of $100. At the end of the day we are all trying to navigate a broken system. Practices that have zero respect for patient time are not helping. I can't in good faith recommend this office with my recent experience that spanned over a few months.

Temecula Medical made several adjustments to their schedule to get me in quickly as I have cancer and other serious health concerns that require immediate and uninterrupted monitoring and care. I initially saw Tatiana and she could not have been more pleasant or patient as she listened intently to my long list of ailments. At the end of the appointment it was most impressive to see she had not missed or neglected to note even one of the many issues I'd spoken about, the ten plus referrals I needed, and a list of the medial items I need to maintain my relative health. I was listened to, all of my concerns were addressed and all referrals submitted before a day had passed. Truly above and beyond care for this extremely complicated and difficult cancer patient. I think the whole office had the best energy. I also found the waiting room spacious and relaxing with the abundant windows and light. Everyone had a smile on their faces and they let me stay well into their lunch period so I could take my time signing the many releases for information and finish what was needed. I can't imagine why they don't have five stars as I'd happily refer them to my best friends if asked. Thank you to Tatiana and the rest of the staff who welcomed me and gave me the time I needed to do what was critical for my healthcare. I look forward to continuing to work with them. We are very much in agreement with that form of medicine (Blue Zones), which looks for cause, rather than throwing a pharmaceutical at the symptom, and looks for natural ways and supplementation to heal the body! We are quite happy so far. We've had no problem reaching the appointment desk and scheduling appointments. The Athena Health website has been great for asking and receiving timely answers to questions I've had. The onsite lab has also been extremely helpful. Only one thing that others have mentioned in their reviews is that online questionnaires were not logged and once at the appointment, we were asked to redo it, which was bothersome. Overall, the care we've received has been wonderful! Dr Lily is awesome and we hope to continue here for many years to come!

Different antibiotics were prescribed and I was instructed to schedule a primary care follow up for continued treatment. Earliest available appointment was telemedicine about nine days out (next available in-person was 3+ weeks out). The day before my appointment, I received a voicemail stating they won't see me because I have to have an in-person appointment first and urgent care 'doesn't count'. I guess since I'm not dying, they don't need to see me.

My last doctor, stared at his computer and never really acknowledged me. And it was always a rushed appointment it seems.... TELE visits were a 3 minute phone call. Danielle Contreras, NP was very thorough with my TELE visit and she did it via video conference, I was so happy I didn't have to drag myself out of bed and she took her time.
