This process was smooth and easy to schedule via email. I scheduled for 8 a.m. and the movers were there right on the button. My move was from a one bedroom apt (no stairs) to a three bedroom with one staircase. The distance is just over ten minutes away. From the moment they arrived to signing the paperwork at completion, the entire move had only taken about 2hrs and 20mins. They worked efficiently, carefully from what I can see and saved me $ with their hard work. Being able to work on unpacking/organization while the movers worked was soooo worth it. They couldn't get a couch through the door; had to call my Dad over to get it in after they left. They also took a VERY long lunch then required 2 hrs longer than quoted to complete the move and we were FULLY PACKED when they arrived.
