She has been: Pro-active, continuously working hard for us, and always available to answer EVERY random question I've thrown at her! Her positive attitude, reliability, and availability throughout our process has made this home-buying experience less stressful and actually a pleasant experience for my family!!! We were supposed to move into a home, it's the day before and still haven't received any information or communication. We are moving from out of state and it's pulling teeth to get help from them! They are going to "check everything" the day of and text us a code to supposedly get into the home. So even though we are paying for tenancy starting at midnight, we don't get any information until late in the morning we are supposed to move in. We are homeowners and also own several rental properties and would never treat our tenants in such a manner. We will see how the move in goes. Might be finding a lawyer if the garbage continues .

We went in at almost full asking price but the appraisal was almost $30k less than asking. The house- Gorgeous! The inspection - repairs galore. Within the next five years it would need: Roof, windows, water pump, hot water tank, AC/Furnace, leaks repaired, safety concerns, electric caps missing all over the house... this was a flipped home and truly beautiful to the eye but it was only surface deep. We came back at appraisal price, their agent even said they thought it was over priced but it didn't matter... I hope this review just saves one person from using their shady agents. What an experience and one I never hope to repeat!
