Nice fireplace in the middle, a couple comfortable arm chairs, and tables. When it's busy there isn't enough seating for the demand. Service is always friendly and fast. read more

I really struggle to see how this location has such low reviews. I can't recall a single bad experience at this location. Although I didn't frequent much during the pandemic, and that might be the time frame where people were having bad experiences, my most recent visits were on par with what I expect from many other caribou's. The location has plenty of parking as it is located in the strip mall. Inside the decor matches the cabin like feel at many other caribou's with lots of dark woods and leathers amongst the tables, wall decor and seating. The space is separated by a fireplace wall so it creates multiple seating areas and cuts down on the noise throughout the space. The service is friendly and comparable to other coffee shops. They are doing their best to get orders out quickly but if there is a line, expect a bit of a wait so practice patience. I've never had to wait long but often the drive through line can be very long which adds to the overall wait time inside and in drive thru. The drinks are consistent and tasty. Caribou's drinks tend to be on the sweeter side so if you aren't looking for a complete sugar rush consider asking for half the syrups. Overall I think that this location is a great spot to grab a coffee either why you're out running errands or want to meet and catch up with a friend. read more

I've tried to be kind during covid but there are some things you can't simply overlook. Due to staff shortages, the hours now are ridiculous and this has essentially become a drive through only store that has sizable waits during commute times. We haven't even hit the winter season yet and my first confusion was when they encouraged you to only pay with your credit card due to the coin shortage and now you have to push a button indicating a tip prior to finishing your purchase. When did drive through become too suggested /mandated? Tipping is traditionally tied to service and in a drive through only world the driver is doing all the extra work, this practice makes no sense or at least have a no tip button available. (For clarity I am a generous tipper and have experience with service industry). To not have any coffee available at major chains in the afternoon in metro suburbs is insane and caribou isn't good enough to wipe out the in person experience. read more

Love Caribou! They have a great product however this location has the worst service I have ever encountered. You have about a 20% chance they will get your order correct and if they don't they are the rudest people! the Manager laughs at his employees rude behavior and encourages it! Honestly, the only reason I come here is because it's close to my house and I keep being gifted Caribou gift cards. The service is sooooo bad at this location. Not only are they notorious for being out of whatever I'm ordering, but they take forever and it's never clean. You need more than 30 min to get through drive through and back to work. Today, I presented my app wanting to use my free sandwich reward and pay with the gift card in my app. The cashier Allie told me that it was too late to use my rewards because she already checked me in. Then she didn't scan my app and I ended up just having to pay with my debit card. So she blamed the customer, didn't start the order over so I could use my rewards, and didn't scan my app. This location needs some serious management. The customer service is so bad that it puts me in a bad mood right in the morning. This is why I prefer the Starbucks across the parking lot. read more

I love Caribou Coffee! The people are one the most friendliest and most helpful individuals around! Our sever was knowledgeable about the new fall drinks and gave great suggestions. They are quick to get your orders out and they always hand it to you with a smile! The coolers and crafted drinks are made well and are sweet. It's a Caribou. It's a Bruegger's. It's a goddamn mess. I'm not a fan of writing a review of big chain stores like this. It doesn't really help anybody. It's Caribou and Bruegger's so it's essentially going to be the same no matter where you go. The only way to differentiate a place like this is by the service. It's a total cluster. A small handful of customers. 6 people behind the counter. Six. Employees? Maybe some of them. I just wanted a cup of soup. That's it. Took a ridiculous amount of time. I just sat in awe of the sheer "not giving a shit" attitudes. As I waited, a lady came up asking where her order was that she placed nearly 20 minutes ago. They didn't have a clue. At one point asked her if she was sure she didn't get it. Wow. I realize we are dealing with kids here, but these are kids that can shut down your business and move on to the next debacle without missing a step. Oh, and the soup? Chicken spaetzle. Well, no spaetzle. Not really any chicken either. Broth though, definitely broth. And carrots. The other day while I was on break from work I decided to come get some coffee. I ordered a simple black coffee and ended up waiting 30 minutes and when I asked the employee she just pointed to someone else and didn't get me my coffee. Love Caribou. This location, not so much. We go hear every Sunday before church...I'm not sure why and I think it will stop from now on. The store layout is horrific. There is so much furniture that you have no place to stand to wait for your order. If you pick up your coffee and want cream and there is a line, you physically can not get there from here. I am sure this was a corporate store layout. I sure hope corporate learned what not to do. This store and stores like this need a physical lay-out remodel. I would say 3/10 times our order is wrong, missed, items forgotten, etc. Do NOT come in here if you want to get in/get out QUICKLY. often takes 20+ minutes. What's weird is that there is an abundance of staff, all running around looking busy but based on my experience and of the other angry customers waiting for their order re-dos, busyness does not equate to accuracy or efficiency. read more

Horrible service, horrible wait times. This is the worst Caribou in the chain and it has been like that since day one. One time months ago, I gave the clerk a $20 bill for an $11 order and he handed me back $23 in change and argued with me when I kindly told him he gave me the incorrect amount back. That is how bad this service is. This week I saw unsanitary conditions happening. While waiting 9 mins in the drivethrough window for one coffee order, I saw the server reach into his shorts and scratch his behind, then run this hands through his hair and then pick his nose. Needless to say, I threw away my drink. How disgusting. The Starbucks in this development is a much safer and better alternative. They are killing this Caribou location. read more

Never in my life have I met such a rude staff. When I got there there were 8 workers just standing around talking and on their phones. Took them 10 - 15 minutes to notice I was standing there even after I tried to get their attention. After placing my order I asked to speak to their General Manager who I knew was working that day. He came out and I explained what happened but I never saw him talk to his people. Instead he walked straight back into their back room. Two female employees glared at me the whole time I was in the store after I called them out for being on their phones and ignoring their customers. The last 2 times I was there the employees had their friends behind the counter chatting with them. The line was out the door and it didn't matter. This caribou and bruggers is usually slow which we can normally plan for extra time when going there. The bagel sandwiches are normally good. However, we went there for a to go order of two western sandwich bagels on tomato basil bagels. When we got home we found out they were on pumpkin spice bagels, not appetizing at all. Lately they have been single wrapping my sandwiches which causes them to fall apart before i even eat it. Today i adked for a puckle with my sandwich, know it was a spear. Where was it? A lot of the staff are so friendly! Unfortunately the service isnt the best. Normally the drinks are great but it's very disorganized.
