I really struggle to see how this location has such low reviews. I can't recall a single bad experience at this location. Although I didn't frequent much during the pandemic, and that might be the time frame where people were having bad experiences, my most recent visits were on par with what I expect from many other caribou's. The location has plenty of parking as it is located in the strip mall. Inside the decor matches the cabin like feel at many other caribou's with lots of dark woods and leathers amongst the tables, wall decor and seating. The space is separated by a fireplace wall so it creates multiple seating areas and cuts down on the noise throughout the space. The service is friendly and comparable to other coffee shops. They are doing their best to get orders out quickly but if there is a line, expect a bit of a wait so practice patience. I've never had to wait long but often the drive through line can be very long which adds to the overall wait time inside and in drive thru. The drinks are consistent and tasty. Caribou's drinks tend to be on the sweeter side so if you aren't looking for a complete sugar rush consider asking for half the syrups. Overall I think that this location is a great spot to grab a coffee either why you're out running errands or want to meet and catch up with a friend.

I've tried to be kind during covid but there are some things you can't simply overlook. Due to staff shortages, the hours now are ridiculous and this has essentially become a drive through only store that has sizable waits during commute times. We haven't even hit the winter season yet and my first confusion was when they encouraged you to only pay with your credit card due to the coin shortage and now you have to push a button indicating a tip prior to finishing your purchase. When did drive through become too suggested /mandated? Tipping is traditionally tied to service and in a drive through only world the driver is doing all the extra work, this practice makes no sense or at least have a no tip button available. (For clarity I am a generous tipper and have experience with service industry). To not have any coffee available at major chains in the afternoon in metro suburbs is insane and caribou isn't good enough to wipe out the in person experience.

I love Caribou Coffee! The people are one the most friendliest and most helpful individuals around! Our sever was knowledgeable about the new fall drinks and gave great suggestions. They are quick to get your orders out and they always hand it to you with a smile! The coolers and crafted drinks are made well and are sweet. So if you don't have a sweet tooth, I would recommend their regular coffee drinks or even their tea (the mango black is top notch!) This chain is a much loved coffee shop in the Midwest!

They just sprayed us with coffee and gave us a sorry excuse for an apology. They almost didn't give us a towel either. She didn't even look up and see what she did, just said "my bad". Totally soaked our coats and hair. She couldn't have cared less. She never came out behind the counter to make it right either. Sorry excuse for a Caribou. Her name is Jordan, Incase corporate wanted to know.

The slowest place to get coffee in Minnesota! They have multiple staff but it takes 15 minutes for each coffee!

Honestly, the whole experience was disappointing. I would encourage any reader to stop and check…read moreout Uffda Donuts instead (right next door) for any sweet treats. I called late Monday morning to set up a Wednesday 7am pick‑up because I needed breakfast for a Leadership training event. I live closer to Maple Grove, which is why I ordered from that location, but since I was commuting to Burnsville, the timing was really important. The woman who took my order didn't write everything down, so the store called me Tuesday. No big deal. I was actually glad they double‑checked. But that's when I found out the online menu doesn't match what they actually sell. I wanted two dozen rolls, half cinnamon and half caramel. Turns out caramel rolls with nuts are still listed online but aren't even available anymore. Whatever. I adjusted. When I showed up Wednesday at 7am, the woman at the counter clearly knew I was the one picking up the big order. They weren't busy, but she started running around like she had no idea what was going on. She told me the rolls had *just* come out of the oven and she needed to figure out how to package them. It was already past my pick‑up time. She apologized, but I was frustrated. I asked how long it would be, and she said five minutes. I didn't walk out until after 7:15. If you commute, you know how much that throws off your whole morning. And then... the cinnamon rolls weren't even frosted. The presentation was honestly pretty sad. When I asked about the frosting, she hesitated and then proceeded to go in the back to fill a cup of their icing. I won't be using GHBC for corporate events again. The rolls tasted fine, but nothing special, definitely not worth the hassle.

Stopped in after walking dogs to pick up some sandwiches. Service was quick for ordering, and…read moresandwiches took a bit more time because they're made when ordered and several were ahead of my order. Ambiance is basic bread shop, quarters were a bit tight, but not awful. This store has a walkthrough to Uff-Da Donuts too. I ordered a Garlicky Cubano $13.50 and Baja Chipotle Turkey $13.50. Both were underwhelming. Lacking flavor, really soft almost wonder bread style bread. Will not be ordering sandwiches here again.
