I've been here several times and have ordered drinks to hot sandwiches. My order has always been correct and on time. The dining area is pretty limited. The drive thru can be busy and backs up into the parking lot and can be chaotic as the line for the Valvoline also gets backed up at times. read more

Then have to wait over 10 minutes even though there's no one else in store because they are only working the preorder and drive thru orders. I didn't want to even sit down because all the table and chairs had crumbs all over them. The staff needs to try harder with their professional appearance as well. A shower and brush would serve them all. Save your time and go to a different Starbucks. read more

I frequently go to this location based on it being the only Starbucks in this part of Maple Grove. The drinks are good, made quick (based on estimation in mobile order), and employees friendly. However, the location is very small. The drive through is frequently backed up into the parking lot, and the pickup area inside is inconveniently located after their recent remodel. There is no good place to stand to wait without blocking the entrance or the pickup area. Also, the store hours change frequently. Overall, if you have a Starbucks craving and are in the area, it works, but if you are going to be near another Starbucks in your travels, I would wait. read more

There is little to none customer service at this location. If you see at least 3 cars in the drive thru just know, you will be there for at least 15 minutes. Even after their remodel they are still slow. I've given this Starbucks one too many chances to just get let down every time lol. The way she treated me was horrible and when I asked her for her name she started lecturing me and taunting me. This Starbucks often has a very backed up drive-thru, which kind of defeats the purpose of quick service. Even if you order ahead on the app, there are long wait times for beverages. I ordered ahead and stood there waiting for 20 minutes once, watching them serve everyone in the drive up and inside at the counter before they got to mine. About 9 out of 10 times, they can't do blonde espresso. Today was the final nail in the coffin for me; I repeated myself at least twice while ordering, then encountered an indifferent, hickey-covered teen at the window who gave me 2 wrong drinks out of 3. The wait and her increasing surliness did nothing to help the situation. After the drive-thru lane filled up and spilled out into the lane, I finally, ostensibly, got the correct drinks. No "have a nice day", or "sorry about the wait", just "here's your drink". I am pretty sure the cold brew with cold foam was still wrong and that they just switched lids. Hi so like the customers who come to this Starbucks are really rude. It was very unpleasant watching the customers treat the employees like garbage. There was one customer (a middle aged upper class white women) that was yelling at a young employee because she did not like that there were a lot of people there at that time, which the employee could not control. There was one couple in front of me, and they had a complex order that took some time. One of my favorite Starbucks! The drive through is extra speedy, and sometimes astounds me that the line can possibly move so quickly. The food is hit and miss as to taste, but I appreciate the selection and calorie counts. It's just nice to have the options sometimes to grab something small and know it's relatively healthy and often tasty. The inside is a bit small, but comfy and typical Starbucks. I love the outside seating, even though it's just a couple tables next to the parking lot. On a beautiful day, it's just nice to have the option to sit in the sun a few minutes with your beverage and a magazine, book, and or friend. The barista got my drink wrong, which happens at times, but when I bring the drink back so it can be corrected I expect the person to not have an attitude.
