I attempted to tell my story to the assistant manager, Jeanine who wasn't interested in the feedback I was asked to provide. She was dismissive and began talking over me which frustrated me. Then she got rude and over reacted to my frustration and told me I am under review and should look for another vet. I was shocked by the cold, unprofessional way I was treated.. Instead of an apology, I was kicked out and they said they would send my records to bring to another vet.

First time meeting Dr Mary Griffith. Loved her! She and her assistant sat on the floor so my two dogs could come and sniff them without immediately putting one up on the table. She explained as she examined my dog including the condition of her teeth in a way that no other Vet has explained to me. I really appreciated that. I know it's only my first visit, but it was definitely a good start!

The secretary found a tech who saw us at 2:25. We continued to wait with our cat, listening to other cats protest thier treatment, until the vet came into the room, at 1:55. She hardly acknowledged how long she made us wait. We paid the bill, at the end of the appointment, we did not make them wait to get paid. This is not the best choice of care. I can see 20 minutes late, not 55. Find a better veterinary option, one that cares for you and your animal.

Our vet had missed signs that our dog had an aggressive cancer. When we called her to say our dog…read morehad a bloated stomach and sent photos, she gave us an appointment two days later. The vet then did an ultrasound and saw that our dog's abdomen was filled with blood. She said that her tests meant a 50/50 chance of cancer. We took our dog to Central and everyone was so kind and thorough from the people at the desk to all the people who ran the tests. They worked her in that day and their tests showed that our dog had cancer, had had cancer for a long time, was in pain and her liver was nearly gone. There was no cancerous mass to remove. The cancer was everywhere. We saw two doctors and the consensus was that our dog was dying, and euthanasia would be the kindest thing. The doctor who put her down gave us time with her and was so gentle and sensitive and the shots worked very quickly and she was finally out of pain. It was one of the worst days in our lives and everyone at the hospital treated us with such care. So what we want to know is what were all those "wellness" checks for at our vet's?

Over the last few months, my elderly chihuahua mix's health declined and we had many emergency appointments with Dr. Santelli. She was always incredibly patient with me and explained all possible options. When it was my dog's time to leave us, Dr. Price handled the appointment with incredible compassion and tenderness. They treated my baby like one of their own and guided me through a difficult experience. Our new-to-us Covid puppy has seen Dr. Ciok and Dr. Santelli and we continue to be thrilled with the treatment we receive. I got the bat in the chimney story obviously the first thing they are taught in vet school. Then we got the vaccines and had loose stools she gave my dog meds that were not even approved of by the fda. My dog is seven now and we struggle every day with the side effects of the vaccines, she should not advertise that she is a holistic vet she is not. She might have gone to school for it but she does not practice it.

It was a friendly, efficient appointment with a referral to Central Animal Hospital for what ended up being a correct diagnosis by Spring Glen that needed surgical intervention. Spring Glen didn't even charge us for that visit! Years later, after Covid, we welcomed another dog to the family. If you remember how many families got dogs during that time and how it created an extreme demand on vet offices we were prepared for a long wait and hard time finding a vet taking new patients for Pip. Despite Quincy passing years before and therefore not being active patients anymore, Spring Glen welcomed us back despite the insanely full schedule. It's now been a couple years and we have zero complaints. Dr. Mags is so thorough and informative while being chatty and friendly. They're upfront and fair with billing and do a great job of explaining the pros/cons of anything discussed.
