Very disrespectful to the clients' time. When I question the staff how much longer it will be, the responses and tone from the assistants are not friendly. The office is too crowded and disorganized. My dogs had severe allergies including very bad ear infections which no other vet was able to get under control but Dr. Hardoon. First, my dogs love this place. They get excited when they walk in which any other vet or even my groomer they pull back hard. Maybe that's because they are thankful to her for their ears!!!! Lol They love Dr. Hardoon and her staff. Second, Dr. Hardoon and the staff love and treat my dogs as family. They understand that they aren't just dogs to us. They give hugs and kisses and speak to them! They always give them treats but ask us first which shows respect and understanding incase they had food allergies or what not. Third, they give you an option on how you would like to care for your dogs. If you want to take more of a holistic approach they accommodate you and are very educated in this. They go over everything and explain everything first. They take the time to educate on certain subjects and which approach is best to take in that scenario. Fourth, Dr. Hardoon and her staff let me ask so many questions. I'm never rushed. I get answers to everything. They even back up as I write things down and let me finish so I can take notes. She started seeing him once a month for adjustments, which held for over four months at one point when I was traveling to Canada for work. She has a wealth of knowledge in holistic medicine, noninvasive pain management, and exercises we can do for my pup in between sessions. As my pup is a 12 year old senior, he developed arthritis two years ago but cannot tolerate pain medication due to his kidney and liver issues. Dr. Gardner was able to perform acupuncture on him (despite the fact that we didn't think he'd be a candidate as he is very squirmy.) She was patient, warm, always sweet to my pup even when he wasn't the happiest with needles, but I have seen a drastic improvement over the past eight weeks. She allowed me to have many more years (he lived for 20) with my beloved furry companion. Now many years later she has helped me once again with a dog I inherited named Luna. She is a 7 yr old Chihuahua mix who suddenly started to suffer seizures, and became very wobbly and twitchy. Within the first couple of days the symptoms appeared we brought her to 2 different vet practices. They both drew the same conclusions of neurological issues (after ruling out toxins, injury, and tick borne diseases), but could not give a definitive answer without pricey diagnostics. So we started to medicate for one possible issue at a time to see which one would work (or not work) so we could rule out as we went along. In the meantime I contacted Liz looking for some guidance. I had a conversation explaining symptoms as well as sending her short videos during different activities. Immediately she recognized the involuntary movements, Luna was most likely suffering from cerebella ataxia. This made total sense to me as I have worked with cats that lived with feline cerebellar hypoplasia. Liz gave me a list of herbals for specific symptoms. Knowing I have some experience with natural medicines, she told me to "play with them" until I hit the right combination. I will not lie, I was reluctant to stop Luna's prescription from the vet as the pills seemed to be working; even though it was explained to me how the side effects may be preventing her from improving to the full extent. Then it happened, I accidentally dosed Luna twice one evening with her prescription meds. Luckily there was no harm done, but it was scary...and just the catalyst I needed to make the switch. Even though the first 2 nights she seemed to regress, I trust Liz. I told myself what I always told my customers, give it time. By the end of the 1st week, I started to see improvement. Over the past month I have tweaked her herbals (sometimes accidentally), and she is a completely different dog. She has not had a seiziure, nor does she twitch or wobble like she did a few weeks ago. She is now capable of eating, playing, walking on a leash and going to the bathroom like she did before the big seizures occurred and major symptoms appeared. I was afraid that my daughter with eczema would have a scratching fit from the dogs, but they were all well-groomed and no odor at all. All the toys I touched didn't feel grimy and old. I can tell they take good care of this facility. A big plus is it's air conditioned and plenty of seats for the adults! Lots of times at kids' parties, the parents have to find odd things to sit on or stand, which is not a problem here. If you are looking to throw a birthday party, this is your place!

I searched online, found this center, and scheduled a session in the interim. I got to spend time with the sweetest dog, who snuggled up and hung out with me for the duration of my time there. It was perfect for me. Vicki and the dog's owner listened to my situation and offered suggestions and information for proceeding with obtaining an ESA dog of my very own. A second dog and his owner came by too and I was able to see them practicing in the agility/obstacle course pen and play with him as well. I haven't felt so relaxed in a long time, it really made my day. What a wonderful place and caring people!
