Tom was cordial and professional and we set an appointment for the next day. He told me it would be one of his technicians who came out to do the job but he would be available should there be any complications. When I hung up the phone I had a good feeling about the way I was treated and the services Tom had recommended . The next morning right on time The Locksmith technician arrived. He cheerfully introduced himself and we reviewed what was needed. Moshe was very professional and was able to repay all three locks as well as make an adjustment on one door to insure everything worked properly. 1 Star -- Repeated Attempts to Resolve, Completely Ignored I…read morehired Orange Locksmith to make a key for my 2007 Cadillac CTS. The key only worked about 10 times before failing. When I contacted them to fix the issue, their technician drilled out my ignition and damaged my steering column, leaving my car completely inoperable. Since then, I have made over 20 attempts to resolve this directly with Orange Locksmith. I waited on hold, left messages, and called from multiple phone numbers. Each time, my calls were either ignored or the number I used was eventually blocked -- including other phones I tried using. I was never given an explanation, a timeline, or an offer to repair the damage they caused. My car still does not work. I have been left without transportation for an extended period of time, despite making every reasonable effort to resolve this professionally and directly with the company. This experience has been extremely stressful and disappointing. A business should not damage a customer's vehicle and then avoid all communication. I strongly caution anyone considering Orange Locksmith to think twice and protect themselves.
